‎كيف كنا وكيف وَلّينا!
‎أخيراً درنا هذا الترند بعد مشوار طويل من التعب والإصرار.
‎أنا، القاسم، خسرت 30 كيلوغرام، وأُستر خسرت 15 كيلوغرام، وكل هذا بعد أكثر من ثمان شهور من الرياضة والانضباط، ماشي تكميم كيما يكتبو البعض!
‎الحمد لله، الناس اللي تابعتنا من البداية تعرف المعاناة وتشوف التغيير الحقيقي.
‎ثمان شهور كانت كافية باش نبدلو حياتنا ونخطو أول خطوة نحو الأفضل.
‎وهذا غير البداية، الجاي أفضل إن شاء الله!

بعد عامٍ كاملٍ من التعب والعرق والتحول العميق، يمكنني اليوم أن أقول بكل فخر: لقد نجحت.
فقدت 30 كيلوغرامًا. خضت معركةً مع جسدي، ولكن الأهم، مع نفسي وعقلي. أعدت بناء علاقتي مع الطعام، ووقفت على قدميّ بعد كل سقوط، ووجدت القوة في الأيام التي شعرت فيها بالضعف.
وبعد أول مسابقة لي في الكروسفيت، ركضت اليوم أول سباق رسمي لمسافة 10 كيلومترات. كنت قد جربت ذلك من قبل، بصمت، بمفردي. لكن اليوم فعلتها أمام الجميع، في منافسة حقيقية.
ليس للفوز، ولا لتجاوز أحد، بل لتجاوز نفسي.
لأن فقدان الوزن ليس مجرد أرقام، بل هو إعادة كتابة قصة الحياة.
هو اختيار يومي بعدم الاستسلام. هو النظر في المرآة والقول: “لقد فعلتها، ويمكنك أن تفعلها مجددًا.”
لم أربح ميدالية اليوم، لكنني ربحت أهم معركة في حياتي.

After a whole year of hard work, sweat, and deep transformation, today I can finally say I made it.
I lost 30 kilos. I fought with my body, but above all, with my mind. I rebuilt my relationship with food, I stood back up after every fall, and I found strength even on the days when I had none.
After my first CrossFit competition, today I completed my first official 10 km run. I had done it before, quietly, alone. But today, I did it in front of everyone, in a real competition.
Not to win. Not to beat someone else. But to beat myself.
Because losing weight is not just about numbers, it’s about rewriting your story.
It’s about choosing every single day not to give up. It’s looking in the mirror and saying: “You did it. And you can do it again.”
Today, I didn’t win a medal. But I won the most important battle of all.

منذ عام، كان وزني ١٣٥ كغ. واليوم، شاركت في أول مسابقة كروسفت لي.
لقد كانت رحلة تحوّل، لم تقتصر على فقدان الوزن فحسب، بل شملت النمو، والعرق، والقوة.
كل شيء بدأ في نادي فليكسيون في الجزائر، حيث اكتشفتُ المعنى الحقيقي للإيمان بالنفس.
وهذه ليست إلا البداية. رحلتي ما زالت مستمرة. والآن أعلم أن لا شيء مستحيل إذا كنتَ محاطًا بالأشخاص المناسبين وبذلتَ كل ما في قلبك.

One year ago, I weighed 135 kg. Today, I took part in my very first CrossFit competition.
It has been a journey of transformation — not just about losing weight, but about growth, sweat, and strength.
It all started at FLEXON gym in Algiers, where I discovered what it truly means to believe in yourself.
This is just the beginning. My journey continues. And now I know that nothing is impossible if you’re surrounded by the right people and put your heart into it.
