Have to give this little girl her flowers today… she broke her arm during a football game and with some help from her lil cousin she has been super strong through out. She’s not moaned or complained once she has just adapted so well. She’s had her cast on now for nearly 4 weeks and next week it finally comes off! Just in time for the summer holidays thankfully ❤️

Life is for living and am loving living baby… pain free!!! Ticking off my bucket list one day at a time… I’m so happy… I’ve not been this happy in a long time and it feels so good! 3 years of being in pain and now am jumping out of planes !! Let’s go… 🪂 Shout out to my fellow sky divers @mattpeacock27 & @zak_e87 and to the team at @skydivelangar for making sure I didn’t die ! Haha

Can’t tell you how good it feels being active again! Another week with no pain and I’m enjoying every moment… Spent the weekend with my boy in the lakes hiking, and we had the best time! We went wild camping and swimming in the most beautiful lake. Promised myself I’m going to experience life a lil bit different when I got pain free and am doing just that ! All the things I’ve always wanted to do am doing it! I genuinely feel like I’ve got my life back and it feels better than ever! Not taking anything for granted know more!

Am not too sure why my last post about my arthritis was removed so I’ll try again… IM PAIN FREE … and it’s feels fu##in incredible!!! Over the past few weeks, I’ve slowly been getting back into fitness,running, HIT, padel, biking… all the things I’ve missed. Moving my body again feels like a dream come true! Never in a million years did I think I’d get back here. It’s been a long, painful journey and in all honesty, the biggest fight of my life so far. But this new medication has completely changed everything. It’s given me my life back. That said I’ll be real this journey has changed me. I’m not the same person I was before the diagnosis, and I’m learning to be okay with that. Chronic pain shapes you in ways people don’t see. Physically, mentally, emotionally…it takes a toll. But I’m doing everything I can now to take care of both my body and my mind, through a good diet, therapy and exercise it’s time to get to work! One step at a time I’m rebuilding, Stronger, wiser….More grateful than ever. To anyone going through it right now please don’t give up. There is hope. There is healing. Keep going. WE got this!
