My brother once told me, people are not white or black. But Grey! I go a step further and say no, they full of all colors. Most people you meet will have all different shades of color inside them. Good, bad, kind, evil, happy, sad, angry, patient etc. The list goes on. Understanding and accepting that we have all this inside US firstly and so do other people. Makes life a tad bit easier 😇

It’s so easy to get caught up! With thoughts that aren’t yours, with other people’s issues. Unnecessary fights, collective hate. So much of that going around. So much! I saw a reel the other day, really hit home. Spoke about mob mentality. How a mob could kill but if singled out, nobody in that mob would commit the same act. Goes to show, so much of the negativity is inherited, passed on or shared etc. brings you back to the notion. Human beings are inherently good 😊.
