This is probably my favorite multi cam sitcom I’ve ever done with CBS. CBS has been apart of my extended family beginning with their diversity showcase where I was chosen top comedic talent in the country then I immediately jumping right onto this project “The Great Indoors” starring Joel McHale, Stephen Frye, Christopher Mintz-Plasse & Chris Williams 📺

Visiting Malibu after the LA fires - so grateful this sanctuary was spared, even though the flames came so close. Passing the burned vehicles on the roadside was a stark reminder of how quickly everything can change.

Being surrounded by this untouched beauty reminded me that grief isn’t just about loss - it’s about the love that remains, the community that forms, and the purpose that emerges. Even when destruction surrounds us, there are always places of refuge and healing waiting to be discovered. 🌱

In our group meeting with Dr. Marlon, we talked about the importance of sharing both sides of suicide loss - the deep pain AND the unexpected gifts: finding community, discovering purpose, and learning to fall back in love with myself.

Yesterday was Father’s Day, and I’ll be honest - it took me a minute to find the right words to write this post. But they say no one is truly gone until we stop speaking their name, so here I am, speaking yours, Dad.

Jeremy Archer - you were the light of my life and continue to shine in my heart every single day. You taught me what healthy love looks like and showed me what it means to feel truly safe in the presence of divine masculine energy. The lessons you gave me about love, strength, and compassion didn’t leave with you in 2017 - they live on in how I move through this world.

To anyone else missing their father today, whether to suicide, illness, or any other reason - your grief is valid, your love is eternal, and their memory deserves to be honored. We carry them with us always.
