Memorial Day weekend was full, but my heart has been overflowing with gratitude for you. Watching you grow up over the past two decades has been one of the greatest joys of my life. From the very beginning, you’ve been the sweetest, most caring, funny, and wildly creative soul—and that light has only grown stronger with time.

You’ve always moved through life with a kind heart and a spark of originality that sets you apart. As you step into this next chapter—your college years—I’m so proud of who you are and all that you’re becoming. My heart is bursting with pride! Dakota has officially graduated from Connecticut College with a degree in Quantitative Economics and Econometrics, and a minor in Finance. Watching him grow into the kind, brilliant, and determined young man he is today has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

Now he’s off to Puerto Rico to begin the next chapter—working with the prestigious firm Raymond James and preparing for his Series 7 license.

This moment is more than a milestone—it’s a testament to his hard work, resilience, and the beautiful path he’s carving out for himself. Go get ’em, my love. The world is yours.

Sunday, under the quiet blessing of the Taurus New Moon, we gathered in sacred space to honor the power of what begins in stillness.

We spoke of the faith it takes to plant a seed—to root an intention deep in the soil of our being and trust in what we cannot yet see.

Through movement, sound, and stillness, we anchored into the wisdom of the body. We poured our intentions into eggs—symbols of life, fertility, and potential—and planted them into the Earth as sacred offerings. A prayer in the language of nature.

This ceremony reminded us that:
What we tend to with our thoughts, our words, our daily actions… is what grows.
That our attention is sacred soil, and what we feed with love and devotion will bloom.

We closed the night by the fire with this poem:

We speak our dreams not as demands,
but as seeds laid gently in the soil.
Not all will bloom as we imagined,
but all will become what they are meant to be.

We choose, each day, what to water.
What we tend, will rise.
Let us plant what we wish to become—
with patience, with prayer,
and with the trust that life is always emerging.
Even when the path curves,
even when the bloom is slow.
We trust.
Because we believe in the faith of a seed.

She Who Was Seen, Yet Unseen
They praised her glow
the curve of her smile, the warmth of her voice
but never touched the storm behind her stillness, the galaxies nested quietly in her gaze.
She walked veiled in radiance,
but they could not see her light.
Not truly.
She was the sun behind the eclipse,
the hymn between words—
present,
but passing through unnoticed.

They called her muse,
called her mystery,
called her mother of things they could not name- never knowing she was the myth they had forgotten.
She was not after their crowns.
Not after applause.
That was never her altar.

The thrones they bled for were built of illusion
sandcastles in a kingdom of mirrors.
She did not seek victory.
She sought soul-gold: the kind forged in descent, earned in the silence after the burning.
Light that cannot be bartered,
only become.

So she went under.
Willingly.
Like Sedna descending
fingers broken open,
hands releasing stars into the ocean floor.
She shed name after name,
story after story,
until she was nothing
but pulse and presence.

They called it a fall.
But she was never falling.
She was remembering
threading her way through shadow
to reclaim the sacred that was cast aside.

She watched from the edge:
from crow-flight,
from cloud-shadow,
from places too liminal to pin down.
Living like an eulogy:
every breath a prayer,
every heartbeat a vow.
She saw the mask of flesh.
The forgetting that clung like perfume.
The way they worshipped image
and neglected soul.

But she could not forget.
Because she is the soul that stays
when the stage goes dark.
The voice that sings
to bone, to ash, to broken altars.
The one who tends the ember
when the world runs toward flame.
Pain did not break her
she drank it like wine,
wove it like thread,
and wrapped it around her becoming.

Her body may carry marks,
but her spirit
her spirit walks untouched through fire.
She moves through this realm
not to belong,
but to become.
Not to be seen,
but to see through.
She is the whisper behind thunder.
The flicker beneath the sealed door.
The rhythm you feel in your bones
when you don’t know why you’re crying.
She is the living testament that real love never dies.

Recently, I’ve been very moved by this @theofficialsting STING song. A song about a “card player, a gambler who gambles not to win but to try and figure out something; to figure out some kind of mystical logic in luck, or chance; some kind of scientific, almost religious law. So this guy’s a philosopher, he’s not playing for respect, and he’s not playing for money, he’s just trying to figure out the law – there has to be some logic to it. He’s a poker player, so it’s not easy for him to express his emotions; in fact, he doesn’t express anything, he has a mask, and it’s just one mask, and it never changes.

In this life, we often get caught up in the noise—the politics, the arguments, the endless divisions. We draw lines, build walls, and convince ourselves that our beliefs define us more than our shared humanity. But so often, the real problem isn’t that we disagree—it’s that we’re not truly hearing each other.

We speak, but we don’t listen. We react, but we don’t understand. We assume the worst in those who see the world differently, forgetting that beneath every belief is a story, a wound, a hope. And so, we divide—not because we are so different, but because we refuse to see the ways we are the same.

But what if we took a step back? What if we saw beyond the surface—beyond the masks we wear, beyond the sides we take—and recognized that, at our core, we are all searching for the same things? Love. Understanding. Connection.

The truth is, life is precious. Too fleeting to be wagered on pride and fear. What if, instead of playing to win, we chose to listen? Instead of proving ourselves right, we opened our hearts to something greater?

Because the shape of my heart, the shape of yours—they are not so different.

If we remember that, maybe we all win.

Reflecting on the profound changes and growth over the years, I am filled with gratitude for all the beautiful gatherings that have nurtured our devotion. The launch of @peacebeginsinme marks some of the most powerful times in my life. I will always cherish my Los Angeles community. The pandemic presented enormous challenges, as many saw their businesses close or even vanish. The recovery is ongoing, especially for the youth who missed critical developmental milestones with schools shut down. Yet, these experiences have only deepened my understanding of why I was called to this path—holding space, teaching, and coaching in times when stress and emotional suffering are at an all-time high. The path of spiritual growth is essential for healing our planet.

I am incredibly grateful to now bring my work to the Midwest—a community that is raw, down-to-earth, and deeply rooted. I look forward to soon sharing great tools and resources with a broader audience and unveiling the creative energy currently under development. Together, we can transform our individual frequencies, creating ripples that touch everyone and everything around us. External influences often promote division, scarcity, and fear, but remember, we are far more powerful than we are led to believe. Claiming our sovereignty is our birthright, connecting with our highest selves and coming together as a community are key. These are times of great transformation and change for all of us. It can feel unsettling, and fear may come to the forefront. Now, more than ever, we must cultivate inner peace. Each of us affects the collective like a ripple in the water—our energy, our mindset, and our actions shape the world around us. Strengthening our energetic fields is essential to creating inner sovereignty.

To my dedicated followers, I am deeply grateful for the growth and evolution of the past five years. They have been some of my most challenging years, yet through those challenges, I have experienced profound transformation. Growth is not always easy, but it is through these moments that we bloom into our highest selves.

Many of you know I launched @peacebeginsinme just before the world changed with Covid. Since then, I’ve relocated to Missouri and navigated many transitions. While there was a pause in my work, I am beyond excited to relaunch my platform locally and expand my reach abroad. This year, I am stepping back into my work with full force, and I can’t wait to share what’s coming.

I’ll soon be launching my book and some special products, and while my website is still in development, I’ll also be offering online classes for those who feel called to explore them.

For those who haven’t yet discovered my Peace Begins In Me jewelry collection with @article22, we’ve created a sacred geometric collection crafted from gold and recycled war shrapnel—a powerful alchemical transformation of something once destructive into a symbol of peace, both within and around the world.
