When the piano got there on a sunny friday afternoon, nobody knew what was going to happen. There was no crowd at all. Then just in a matter of seconds, as soon as we started playing « La Boheme » with Kendji, people got crazy. You can feel the energy through the pics.

This moment was magical.

I was asked by @dianeleyreoff to play the famous French song « La Bohème ».. when famous singer @kendji decided to join from out of nowhere..
Thanks to the rythm genius @wadie_naim 🥁who joined as well and made everyone go crazy in the end 👀

I became an ACTOR for the first time in my life 🎬
in a movie called « Bloodstained Ivory » ..

and it has just been premiered at the DeadCenter Film Festival (an Oscar-qualifying festival) !
.
So last year I was invited all the way to Oklahoma City in the middle of the winter, by the movie director Klein Haley who had seen my piano videos.. and believed in me despite my french accent 😂
First time of my life acting (dialogues in english!), on a movie set full of professional actors.. I will never forget it!
.
But the real stars of this movie are the main actors @nick_skonberg and @mkshul, they impressed me so much with their talent.
.
As you could guess my character is a pianist and I also play piano in the movie. The story is a very intense tragedy about music, love, and death.
.
I am so grateful for the whole team in Oklahoma, all the actors, as well as the visionary director @solex_01 of course, and the whole production team, make-up artists, technicians.. they turned what could have been a potentially stressful experience for me, into a week of adventure and fun.

13 days ago, I posted the most epic collab video ever with @psg.. and it got 40M views in a few hours 😳
.
Then on the same day : the PSG football club made millions of people happy by winning 5-0 in champions leage final🇫🇷
.
So here are some pics from this crazy moment of my life.

For those curious of the full background story : I was chilling in holidays on French Riviera when I got a dm from PSG on instagram, inviting me make something together.. but the champions league match was in 10 days 😅.
So I challenged PSG to put a grand piano on the roof of the stadium.. then I booked a helicopter company but got blocked by french regulations lol. Then booked a giant hoist instead 🏗️
So I ended up playing at dawn on the roof on a magnificent Bechstein concert piano, with the sun slowly rising on the Eiffel Tower behind me and the whole stadium below me.. a scenery that’s impossible to forget.

I want to thank again @c.bechstein_paris and @bechstein.official who trusted me for this stunt 🎹😂

Some moments in life are just epic..
.
Like playing in the middle of iconic Place Vendôme in Paris, on a Bechstein grand piano, with an artist whose music is resonating with millions of people since 20 years.. The boss himself @gims 😎
.
But also the most humble and chill guy I’ve ever met ..
..
I still remember when I was in elementary school (long time ago) his music was already everywhere 🤣 and now he is still dominating the music and rap scene with new hits every year.
.
Few weeks ago I saw his new song « NINAO » came out and I thought : « wait.. this melody is from an old georgian song ! That would sound so good on the piano.. I should try to make a piano remix out of it.. »
Then contacted GIMS and he was down for it!
.
Then genius saxophonist @mihai_pirvan_ , and my good friend @camilleelbacha (genius composer) joined the ride..
. And then the video was born .. already 15 million views across platforms in 1 day.
.
It was a lot of fun to search for some of these « traditional » sonorities and rythms in the piano part 🎹🇬🇪
.
