yes, i can actually ride motorcycles. fun fact, i had a bike years before i ever had a car out here in LA because it was all i could afford at the time. got rid of it awhile ago because i had a wreck in a canyon and almost got ran over. it made me realize i didn’t wanna risk my life so willingly. but I do miss it 🥹

daily cardio the last 4 and half weeks. nothing but whole foods. gallon of a water daily. haven’t missed a lift. 11 more weeks to go and we’ll see how things look.

been pretty anti-social lately.. but it’s all for a good reason. finding peace in the solitude. and confidence from the accountability to my own word. oh, also, no hair cut. 😬

I had to dig deep to find this beautiful 240p, fuzzy photo of myself. From my recollection, it was the first time I was ever on camera with “dialogue”. An unpaid short film. 2005.

20 years later, I have a few accomplishments under my belt that I’m pretty proud of. However, I really can’t shake the feeling that my journey hasn’t even really begun.

I’m taking today to sit and think about a lot. I’ve done so much yet so little at the same time. I’m grateful for all the birthdays I’ve been able to share with you all. All I can wish for is many more in this lifetime before we part ways. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for each and every ounce of support I’ve received along the way. Y’all have kept me around. Kept me inspired. Kept me chasing a dream that at times, felt impossible. I owe you all much more than I could possibly give back. The least I can do is continue down this path with nothing but light and love in my heart.. so, that’s my plan. THANK YOU, for all the kindness and grace and birthday wishes sent my way. The kid in this photo wouldn’t believe it. The man sitting here typing this barely does. 🫶🫶🫶
