This will be the last time I mention this, my fight. Because like I say, I truly just want to keep things fun and exciting here. But this is important for me. I want to share this to show how subtle, and easy it is to let anxiety take over. And how dangerous it can become. Full vid is linked in my bio

I found help through therapy in YouTube videos, reading books on anxiety, getting closer to my faith, and most importantly reaching out to my loved ones for help. And after 12 years, I can finally say I’m completely happy, and love myself. I’m a cool as mfer 😎Don’t fight this fight alone, it can only be fought with love and compassion. So please, reach out. My love for Content/Youtube coincided with the beginning of my anxiety, and a long road of depression I just recently escaped a couple weeks back. I was bullied as a kid, and this made me question my worth, which in turn made question everything I did, and what I was. I thought I had to be perfect to be loved. This anxiety was a daily battle, as I questioned every word, interaction or thing I did to anyone. I worked hard in school, my job, and especially in content to mask this anxiety and struggle I was going through. But all that did was dig me deeper. The message I give here was pure from the heart, yet my anxiety made me question my heart and coherence. That battle continued after this. But god gave me a miracle, he flipped a switch in me, he showed me love, and gave me full confidence in myself. This love is what I want to spread, come along with me if you’d want, but this is me. And I’m blessed. Much love, thank you for everything 🤍
