They cheated? Good. Here’s why.

Most people in marriages (not all) where cheating happens aren’t happy—they know deep down it’s broken.

It always amazes me when, dining solo with my kids, a server asks, “No husband?” Well no - and trust me, I can now afford to be here more than any of my exes ever could.

Or when I say I’m divorced & someone sighs, “I’m sorry.” I laugh and reply, “Don’t be. It’s one of the best things that ever happened to me.” Many women feel trapped & controlled, staying only because they are gripped by paralysing fear of breaking up the family and carrying it all alone.

I was that woman. For weeks post-breakup, I felt lost - especially after finding out about the serial infidelities in humiliating ways (like the self-checkout asking if I wanted to reorder my “regular” 24-pack of condoms, or neighbours asking if it was because of “all the women” I never knew about).

Then something curious happens. You’re no longer walking on eggshells. Your kids relax, and start to really thrive. You start being creative, building ideas without ridicule “stop getting ahead of yourself, it’s Preston not Beverly Hills”. (Ironically, I did, end up opening a clinic in Beverly Hills.)

If you’re lucky, you gain peace, freedom, and even wealth you’d never have achieved by yourself if you stayed. Your children see resilience and strength - and learn that women can lead, succeed, and rebuild bigger & happier than ever.

So while humiliation stings AF and feels like the end, this might be the start of peace and liberation.

My message to Megan “the life you create after betrayal? It might just be the life you were meant for, and not the one you had to endure. Betrayal can be a turbo boosted launch pad of liberation and power”.

Use it to fuel you. I did.

I have to admit, I’ve been living for the memes about this (I’ve not printed half of them, but go to my stories and you can thank me later because I’m sitting here on vacation in Mallorca - with tears rolling down my face at how clever and witty some people have been).

To this moment, I don’t realise why they did not style it out, and it would only have been a fleeting second, at a random concert.

But this b*stard couldn’t have had more publicity than if he had actually shagged Donald Trump at his inauguration. And that honestly does make me laugh. I utterly hate cheaters, so I feel absolutely no sympathy, there’s never an excuse for cheating. If you’re not f-ing happy in your marriage just leave. No need for humiliation. If you’ve got the balls to cheat, have the balls to face your wife or husband and tell them that it’s not working for you. Show some respect.

This picture had so many comments when I shared it on my story last night, because it captured my face watching my eldest daughter and feeling so proud of how beautiful and sweet she was. My younger daughter was filming me, and I didn’t even know it. Every mother knows that look – it’s pure pride. More accurately, every mother doesn’t know that look… but every *good* mother does.

It’s no secret that my children are the motivation behind everything I do. Anyone close to me knows this. I don’t need to go into detail here, but the truth is I grew up without a family, and I’ve spent most of my adult life without one too—except for my beautiful cousin Victoria, whom I reconnected with only a few years ago.

People often say, ‘You only get one mum or one dad,’ and that’s true. I know some people are lucky enough to have incredible, loving parents, but that just wasn’t my experience. And you know what? I’m not bitter about it at all. In fact, I wouldn’t change a thing—because I don’t think I would’ve become as driven, as tenacious, as patient, or as loving a parent as I am today without everything I experienced on my way to adulthood.

Life is so short and we are all so special and precious. I’m a firm believer there’s a time to cut loose and focus on what good we can do, how much love we put out there, and who we direct it toward. Peace is such a hard thing to qualify, let alone find. That’s not to say I’m not committed, or that I wouldn’t give everything I have to work on the right relationship with whomever that may be.

The post I shared on stories last night resonated with so many of you that I thought I’d place it here in the main feed. Some people really need to read it. And for anyone who does, please know this: it’s absolutely fine to feel that way.

✨ Let’s have an honest (but loving) chat…
Your appearance or how you are perceived, isn’t just about aesthetics or injectables. It’s often the tiny, easy-to-fix details – and most of them cost less than your daily latte.

General hygiene is where it all starts. Bad breath or body odour? Instant ick. What amazes us is how often people ready to spend hundreds (or thousands!) on aesthetics completely overlook the simple rules – like regular hygienist appointments or even wiping down their phone screens with an alcohol wipe once a week. Quick, easy fixes… but ignored by so many.

Crusty lips? £3 lip balm.
Filthy phone screen? Two seconds with a wipe you can carry in your purse from Amazon.
Stained or busted shirt? Respect the fabric, respect yourself.
Greasy roots? Dry shampoo is your BFF if you’re running behind.
Chipped or yellow nails? People notice hands more than you think
Scuffed shoes? They’ll betray you every time.

And yes… overfilled lips? If classy is the goal, sometimes the best word is: dissolve.

💡 The truth? The things that really kill your appearance are rarely the ones you obsess over in the mirror. These simple details can make a HUGE difference.

One of the most common questions we get is:
“What’s normal during recovery?”. So save this post to remind yourself of what to expect. I’m with that except the caveat, that we are indeed all different. This is just a very general rule of thumb.

Whether it’s lip filler, cheek filler, chin filler, a liquid rhinoplasty—or any treatment where we place injectable gel beneath the skin—the principles are the same: how much was it? 160?

✔️ Lumps and bumps for a couple of months? Normal.
✔️ Swelling, minor asymmetry, tenderness? Also normal.
✔️ Feeling ≠ Looking: What feels obvious to you is usually invisible to everyone else.

Here’s why:
• Integration happens in stages. Partial integration occurs in the first couple of weeks as filler begins to blend with the surrounding tissue.
• Full integration—where you touch your face and can’t tell what’s filler and what’s your own tissue—takes longer. For structural areas like chin, cheeks, and nose, expect at least 4 weeks (and up to 6–8 weeks for complete, natural feel). The products used here , have a dense molecular weight and are designed to mimic bone, so they settle more slowly.

💡 Think of it like surgery: If you woke up the day after rhinoplasty, you wouldn’t expect a perfect result immediately, right? The same principle applies to filler, although there is obviously significantly less downtime especially when a cannula is used instead of a needle. There is far less trauma understandably here. Which of course, is why we use them.

✨ If you’re not ready to allow that settling phase, you’re not ready for filler. It’s better to wait than panic and overcorrect.

Even as recently as ten years ago, I carried the weight of every lie spoken about me—or about anyone or any cause I cared about. It’s one of the reasons I’m semi-legendary in my circles for keeping receipts on everything.
