I sando giapponesi vi fanno impazzire ma non li avete mai preparati a casa?🍓🍞 @cookingwithbello vi mostrerà tutti i trucchi per realizzarli in versione dolce e super golosa! 😋❤ @giallozafferano Ingredienti: 15 fragole 6 fette di pane in cassetta 600 ml panna per dolci 3 cucchiai di zucchero 1 cucchiaio vaniglia Togliete il picciolo dalle fragole e tagliate i bordi del pane. Montate la panna con dello zucchero e vaniglia e assemblate i vostri sandwich (ogni sandwich dovrà contenere 5 fragole). Avvolgete i vostri sandwich con della pellicola trasparente e riposate in frigo per almeno mezz’ora. Buon appetito!😋 #giallozafferano #gz #sando #fragole #panna #yummy

ITALIAN COFFEE CREAM ☕️😍 Did you know you that you can make this super easy Italian coffee cream by using an old plastic bottle? 😋 All you have to do is adding all the ingredients in the bottle and shake everything for a couple of minutes! Then you can use your bottle as a container and bring your coffee cream to your picnic or at the beach and serve it whenever you want 🤤 The secret to make it perfect is to make sure that all the liquid ingredients are VERY COLD from the fridge! 🥶 Who is going to make it this summer? 🥰 Ingredients: -100ml milk (cold) -100ml coffee (cold) -400ml heavy cream (cold) -2 tbsps icing sugar (you can add more sugar if you like it sweet) Add all the ingredients into an old plastic bottle, shake for a couple of minutes and enjoy. GREEN GODDESS SALAD 😍🥬 If you have not tried this salad yet, you have to make it immediately like there is no tomorrow 🤤 It is perfect as a side or as a dip and it is super easy to make! If you would like to serve it as a dip, i suggest adding a whole avocado in the dressing (like I did). Instead, if you’d like to serve it as a side, half an avocado is more than sufficient 😘 Who is going to make it this weekend? 😋 Ingredients: -1 medium iceberg lettuce -2 cucumbers -1 lettuce -a handful of spinach -1 avocado (or half) -half a red onion -30g cashews -the juice of a lemon -8 basil leaves -salt (to taste) -50ml olive oil Cut your veggies into small pieces and set aside. In a blender, mix spinach with avocado, red onion, cashews, lemon juice, fresh basil, salt and olive oil. Mix your cream with your salad and enjoy. HEALTHY MAGNUM 🍫 Today I want to show you how to make some super easy and healthy Magnum ice creams at home! 😍 They are the perfect idea for a summer snack and they are MAMMA MIA 😋 For this preparation, I used plain yogurt but you can use a flavoured one if you prefer! Also, you can replace peanut butter with almond butter, pistachio cream or hazelnut cream 🤤 Who is going to make them this summer? ☀️ Ingredients: -2 bananas -200g plain yogurt -3 tbsps peanut butter -300g milk chocolate -200g dark chocolate In a food processor, mix bananas with yogurt and peanut butter until smooth then pour the mixture into 8 ice creams moulds. Freeze for a couple of hours. In the meantime, melt your chocolate in the microwave, pour it into a tall glass. EASY STRAWBERRY DESSERT 😍 In Italy we call this dessert “Spumone alle fragole” and my mum makes it all summer long 🍓 It is a super easy recipe for a quick summer dessert and it’s MAMMA MIA 🤤 If you want to replace the egg yolks, you can simply use some heavy cream instead! Also, you can make this recipe with a lot of different fruits and my favourite versions are with raspberries and blueberries 😋 Who is going to make it this weekend? ☀️ Ingredients: -200g strawberries (frozen) -4 egg whites -3 tbsps sugar Mix everything in a food processor for 10 mins or until fluffy and serve. Alternatively, you can mix everything in your food processor for just a minute, pour your mix in a bowl and whip everything with a hand mixer for 10 mins! EASY ZUCCHINI PASTA 🍝 If you are looking for a super easy and quick recipe for your summer, you have to try this zucchini pasta 😍 You can of course serve your “pasta” with your favourite sauce… I chose some tomatoes, prawns and cream cheese but some basil pesto or cheese sauce would be MAMMA MIA as well 😋 Who is going to make it this week? 🥰 Thank you @andrianakulchytska for the beautiful idea ❤️ Ingredients: -2 zucchini -200g cherry tomatoes -200g prawns -200g cream cheesecheese -salt -olive oil Slice your zucchini with a potato peeler then cut them in half lengthwise. In the meantime, cook some cherry tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil then add your prawns in. Cook for 3-4 mins or until the prawns are fully cooked then add your cream cheese in. HOMEMADE GNOCCHI 😍🇮🇹 Let me show you all my tips and tricks to make the perfect gnocchi like a real Italian 😋 Last week I served my gnocchi at Taste of London in a giant wheel of @granapadanopdo and paired with a glass of @proseccodoc_uk 🥂🧀 Who is going to make gnocchi soon? @cheersandcheese.uk 😍 Ingredients: -1kg red potatoes -350g all purpose flour -1 egg -a pinch of salt First of all bake your potatoes in the oven until for 30-45 mins or until fork tender (180C). Mash your potatoes with a potato ricer and let them completely cool down. Now you can add the flour, egg and a pinch of salt and knead your dough for just a couple of mins or until all the ingredients come together! Shape your gnocchi and boil until they float to surface. Ready for your new favorite summer side? ☀️ This creamy Macaroni Pasta Salad is packed with crunchy veggies, tangy pickles, and a smooth yogurt-mayo dressing! 🥕🫑🥒 @cookingwithbello @giallolovesitaly Ingredients: 2 ½ cups pasta (300g) ¾ cup Greek yogurt (200g) ¾ cup mayonnaise (200g) 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon mustard 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 carrot, grated or finely chopped ½ red onion, finely chopped 2 celery ribs, finely chopped ¼ cup chopped pickles (50g) Salt and pepper, to taste Olive oil, for drizzling Instructions: Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle with a little olive oil and mix to prevent sticking. Let it cool. Add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, diced vegetables, and pickles to the cooled pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until the salad is creamy and well combined. In cerca di una merenda diversa dal solito?😋 Prova i tanghulu: spiedini di frutta croccantissimi, freschi e super golosi!😍 Fuori croccanti, dentro succosissimi!🍓🍡 @cookingwithbello @giallozafferano Ingredienti: Frutta fresca a piacere 420 g DI zucchero 250 ml di acqua Lavate, asciugate bene la frutta e formate degli spiedini. In una padella a fiamma medio alta, aggiungete zucchero e acqua e lasciate sobbollire per un 10-12 minuti o finché otterrete un caramello leggermente dorato. Mi raccomando, per ottenere il caramello perfetto, non mescolate mai lo zucchero e l’acqua assieme (neanche all’inizio, dopo avere versato i due ingredienti). Ricoprite la vostra frutta con il caramello e immergetela immediatamente in una bacinella d’acqua fredda e ghiaccio. Buon appetito!😋 #giallozafferano #gz #tanghulu #frutta #estate #yummy

POTATO PIE 😍🥔 If you are looking for a super easy dinner recipe, you have to try my crushed potato pie 😋 If you like my recipes, my cookbook is available from today in Spanish too! Get your copy today wherever books are sold (link in bio)! 😍🇪🇸 Ingredients: -4 medium potatoes -salt -pepper -olive oil -80g grated mozzarella -10 cherry tomatoes -a small bunch of spinach (cooked) -half a small red onion -2 eggs -50ml milk -3 tablespoons cream cheese Boil your potatoes in some water for 30 mins or until fork tender. Place your potatoes on a 20cm pie tin and mash them with the help of a glass. Make sure that the mashed potatoes cover perfectly the whole pan (both the edges and the base). Season with salt, pepper and a generous drizzle of olive oil and bake your potato base for 30 mins (180C/360F). In the meantime, whisk eggs with milk and cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Once your potato base is nice and crispy, carefully remove it from the oven and add your mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, spinach and onion on top. Pour your cream cheese mixture in and bake for 30 more mins (180C/360F). Serve at room temperature and enjoy. Buon appetito! #potato #potatoes #easyrecipe #food #foodie #homemade #recipe
