Here’s how you can make it too
(Makes 4 Parathas)

Slice 2 Medium Sized Onions as shown in the video.

Add the following spices-

1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
½ Tsp Fennel Powder
½ Tsp Cumin Powder
½ Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 Tsp Dried Mango Powder
½ Tsp Salt
Fresh Coriander
Green Chillies

Now roll out a thick roti, I have used normal wheat atta dough.

Spread some ghee on it and layer it with the prepared onion mixture. Roll it as shown in the video and roll it out again.

Roast it on a pan with some butter or ghee and serve it with some tomato chutney! Best combination ever ✨

Here’s how you can make it too! ❤️

Boil 150gms Pasta in Water for 5-6 minutes.
Add salt and few drops of oil.
(Save 1 Cup for this Pasta Water to use later)

I have used Penne Pasta. Boiling time differs according to the type of pasta you are using.

After 5-7 minutes, immediately put the pasta into cold water to stop the cooking process.

Now on a pan,
Add 2 Tbsp Oil
1 Onion Chopped
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
-Cook this till raw smell of ginger and garlic goes away.

Now add 300gms Mutton Kheema (You can also use chicken kheema)
Salt
Puree of 4 tomatoes
2 Tbsp Pizza/Pasta Sauce
1 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder

Cover and cook this for 10-15 minutes on low flame.

Now add,
Saved Pasta Water
1 Tsp Sugar
Boiled Pasta
Slices of cheese
Chopped Green Chillies

Cover and cook till cheese melts and this is ready to serve! ❤️

Flavour blast. That’s what this is ✨

Here’s how you can make it and love it!

Grind together-

1/2 Cup Garlic
Salt
1/4 Cup Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

Now on a pan,

Heat 3 Tbsp Oil, Add
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
Prepared garlic & chilli paste

-Cook this for 5-8 minutes on low flame. Then add 1/4 Cup hot water and cook till oil separates on low to medium flame.

Now, lower the flame and add 3 Tbsp curd to this and mix it well. Cook for another 3-4 minutes and it’s ready to serve! ❤️

✨To make the fresh Salad -
1 Medium Onion
1 Medium Beetroot
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
½ Tsp Chaat Masala
Fresh Coriander

🌿 To make the Yogurt Sauce
4-5 Tbsp Thick Curd
1 Tbsp Green Chutney
1-2 Tsp Mustard Sauce (Skip if unavailable)
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1-2 Pinch Salt

❤️ To make the Chicken Kheema Filling-
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Medium Onion
1 Green Chilli
250grms Minced Chicken
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Salt
1½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
½ Cup Tri-Color Capsicum
½ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Big Potato Boiled & Mashed
Fresh Coriander

Now, Just place this kheema filling on a roti and roast it on a pan as shown in the video.

Flip and put some Mozzarella Cheese and coriander leaves, Cover and cook till cheese melts.

Then assemble the tacos with the salad, Sauce and enjoy! ❤️❤️

Here’s the detailed recipe for Melting Cheese Sandwich❤️

In a bowl, Mix
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Cornflour
1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tap Garam Masala Powder
-Set this aside
Now In a pan, Add
1 Tbsp Oil,
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
4 Tbsp Sping Onion Whites (OR 1 Medium Onion )
- Sautee till onions turn soft then add
300gms Boneless Chicken Pieces
Salt
1 Green Chilly Chopped
- Cook till chicken changes color and is almost cooked. Then add,
1 Cup Cabbage Chopped
1 Carrot Chopped
1/4 Cup Sweetcorn
1/4 Cup Capsicum
- Sautee well, Then add
2 Tsp Light Soya Sauce OR 1 Tsp Dark Soya Sauce
2 Tbsp Spring Onions
-Mix well, Then add the prepared milk mixture and cook till it thickens and becomes dry. Keep stirring.
-Mixture is ready.
-Fill this between 2 Slices of bread, Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese if you wish.
- On the bread, Apply some mayonnaise and place 1 slice of cheese + few drops of hot sauce for extra zing!
- ⁠bake at 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
- ⁠you can also cook it on a pan. Cover and cook till cheese melts. You can also airfry them for 3-4 minutes.
- ⁠its ready! Do try and enjoy!

Which chutney goes best with rava dosas? I’m always confused! But I love any coconut chutney in general 😋

Here’s how you can make this beetroot dosa-

Grind 1 Beetroot with
1 Cup Water (1 Cup =250ml)

Then add,
1 Cup Rice Flour
½ Cup Semolina
1 Tsp Salt
3 Cups Water ( 1 Cup = 250ml )

Mix well and cover and let this rest for 10-15 minutes.

Then, Add
10-12 Curry Leaves
4-5 Green Chillies
Fresh Coriander
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
& Mix it really well. Batter should be very thin.

Now heat a tawa very well. Throw some chopped onions on the tawa and pour the batter on this

Add some ghee and let these crisp up. If you want these REALLY crisp, then lower the flame to lowest and let it cook for 10 minutes. Takes time, but it gets the job done!

🍋 Lemon Coriander Rice -
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Garlic
3-4 Tbsp Spring Onion’s Bulbs or 1 Small Onion Chopped
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tsp Oregano
Fresh Coriander
1 Cup Boiled Basmati Rice
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Fresh Coriander

🐓 Marinate the chicken-

250grms Boneless Chicken
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Cornflour

Marinate the Chicken for 30 mins and then just roast it on a pan.

🌿 Sauce Mix -
1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 Tsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Cornflour
1/4 Cup Water

🌶️To make the gravy -
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Tbsp Chilli Paste
-Cook this for 3-4 mins Then add,
1 Cup Water
Prepared Sauce Mix
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1 Medium Onion
1 Capsicum
3-4 Green Chillies
Spring Onion Greens

Weekend Special! ❤️

Just something about a cozy, hot and delicious Chicken Karahi on a Saturday night. With a crisp cola drink and your favourite series? ❤️😍

Here’s how you can make it too ✨

In a pan, Add
2-3 Tbsp Ghee or Oil
500gms Chicken
Salt

Fry this for 2-3 minutes on high flame.

Then add, 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste mixed with 4 Tbsp Water
4 Large Tomatoes cut in halves
3 Green Chillies

Cover and let this cook on low flame for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, Open the lid. The skin of tomatoes will leave itself, just pull it out with the help of a tong or a fork. And smash the tomatoes in the gravy with a spoon as shown in the video.

Now make a fresh spice mix
Dry Roast -

1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Tsp Coriander Seeds
15-20 Blackpeppercorns
3 Dried Red Chillies
Make a coarse powder, not very fine.

Add this to the gravy along with
2 Tbsp Curd
3 Non Spicy Bullet Chillies
1 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Roasted and crushed) - Just heat in the microwave for 10 seconds then crush it between your palms
1 Tbsp Fresh Cream - Optional
1 Tbsp Ginger Juliennes

Cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes till oil gets separated and everything comes together.

Serve this with paratha or naan and enjoyyyy..❤️

Here’s how you can make your dinner tonight NEXT LEVEL 🙌🏻

✨Firstly, Fry an egg on a pan. Sprinkle some red chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves.

🍃 Next, Make an omlette Of 2 Eggs with some chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt & pepper.

🧀 Grate 1 cube of cheese on the omlette and fold it like a dosa. (Refer to the video)

🥘 Now to make the Creamy Red Gravy,

On a pan, Add

1 Small Onion Chopped
1 Small Tomato Chopped
1 Tsp Green Chilli Paste + Garlic Paste OR 1 Green Chilli + 8-10 Garlic Cloves Chopped
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
2 Pinch Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Egg Yolks
Spring Onion Greens
Fresh Coriander
Water
1 Tsp Fresh Cream
Fresh Coriander

Mix this well and your gravy is ready.

For the white chessy gravy 😍
On a pan, Add
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tsp Green Chilli + 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
½ Tsp Oregano
1 Cheese Cube
Water
Boiled 2 Egg White
Fresh Coriander
Black Pepper Powder

Serve this as shown in the video and enjoy with roti or my favourite pav ❤️😍✨
