REPOSTING FOR THE REELS💫

They say that if you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it’s yours. When planets are retrograde, it is not at all uncommon for old flames and karmic partners come out of the woodwork for healing and closure. 🖤

That said, I don’t agree that if it comes back, it’s “yours.” First of all, I don’t believe in people as property. Secondly, sometimes, they come back b/c no one else wants to put up with their dusty ass. Sometimes they come back, b/c they want to see if they still have free access to your magical sauce. Sometimes, they come back to try to pull some of the same lame ass BS they was on the last time you cut’em off.

Just b/c they come back, doesn’t mean you gotta take them back. And while I’m open to meeting people from a new level of consciousness and awareness, rarely do they ever come correct — meaning taking personal responsibility and accountability for themselves and their actions. This is the EXCEPTION — probably not dude sliding in your DM’s after months of ghosting. NOTE: it’s not just romantic connections — friends, partnerships, situationships, alladem.

And finally, I think the #1 reason they come back is to TEST YOU. Spirit sent them to see if you on the same BS YOU was on when you were puttin up with that f*ck sh*t. Has your self worth improved? Are your boundaries well-defined and solid? Do you know who the f*ck you are? Cuz if you don’t — trust - retrogrades will catch you slipping.
