Have you ever considered your body an instrument, fit for co-creating with life istself? Flow state is a state of being that comes from certain conditions being met and is achievable and able to be reproduced through practice and intentionality. It feels like peace, bliss, and creative possibility.

Another way to feel is blocked, anxious, depressed, lack, and without option. One way to interpret these sensations are that your body instrument is out of tune. As a musician knows how to tend to their instrument to have the sound move through in the most flowing way, so can we attune to our bodies to encourage our own grace of creativity.

Join Stacy Matulis, Daniel Sharman, and the Alchemy Somatics tribe for a night rich in accessible practices to clear the stuff blocking your flow, and to turn it into creative potential and even clarity of inspiration and direction.
