Gym motivation post! The gym can really take a toll on your mental health if you’re not seeing results right away! Staying consistent is the only way to see results, there is not fast lane! but also keeping in mind your gym routine must be balanced in the kitchen as well!
I’m NOT saying give up every food you enjoy but cutting back or finding a different reward could help you see results faster!
Maybe switch your reward to something that excites you but has minimal costs like painting, reading a book, or window shopping.
