I haven’t been able to hit core the way I used to, but I feel confident that’s about to change. Ever since my herniated disc a few years ago, rebuilding strength in my core and back has been a challenge. But y’all, these past few weeks, after adding mobility training into my routine, my core and back hasn’t felt this solid in a long time. This is progress and I’m excited for it. 💪🏾
