I’m so humbled to announce that we officially started the EDDIE WATSON FOUNDATION @eddiewatsonfoundation a little over a month ago, in December 2024! I’m so grateful to God Almighty! 🙏🏾
Giving back has always been a special part of my life and this foundation is a medium that allows not just me, but many others with huge hearts who want to be a part of this dream of ‘transforming lives, one community at a time’ to do so.
I learned early in my life from my late mother, Leonora Caulker, that ‘you don’t have to be wealthy to be a giver. Anyone can be an agent of change’. Our first official project was in the Makoko Community, Lagos, bringing a Christmas🎄treat to the community. 🫶🏾 We were able to give out rice, oil and cash to almost 100 mothers with kids. We’ve also commenced the construction of a bigger boat for the children that are forced to go to school traveling on water. The boat will be free for all students!
We are hoping, with time, to extend this to other communities and countries(Liberia, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and many others) as the our family members are all over the world!🥰
