Helium. An album about the highs and lows of love and life. I poured my heart and soul into it and gave my whole self to the process but after tonight it’s all yours.

This project is special to me. I did the whole thing with legendary producer @rodaidh and I learned and grew a lot from the process. After dropping freak show just a year ago, I immediately felt a mix of restlessness, inspiration, anxiety and motivation and I felt like I needed to get back into the gym right back to work right back into the studio cuz I felt like I had more to say and get off my chest.

Life’s short and it’s full of its ups and downs but it’s ultimately beautiful - and as an artist our job is to express what it feels like to be here - truthfully and honestly.

Can’t wait to share this with the world. Big love to my bruddas @rodaidh @jesseack @the_tane @goodygrace for making this with me. To the universe… it’s up 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈

I picked may 23rd because it’s my brothers birthday and a day before mine. Growing up we were closer than close, plus having birthdays a day apart meant we always used to have to share birthday parties. So this is my way to share them with the world.

The albums about celebrating the highs of love and life as well as how fleeting those moments and feelings can sometimes be. Parties don’t last forever, love sometimes fades, and balloons don’t fly forever. But it’s all a part of life and in the end it’s worth it all.

Story time… From picking out and playing a random vinyl that happened to be in my hotel room in Paris and sampling it and making the beat with @the_tane over FaceTime right then after my Paris show on tour while he was back in NY in his studio - to recording the lyrics in London with @marcebassy a couple days later - to performing it for the first time live in a stadium at the biggest festival in Romania… life’s crazy 😝
