I watched the fireworks from OMO 3 Asakusa. I was invited to join this private event hosted by @hoshinoresorts.official FYI — It’s not open to the public during Sumidagawa fireworks festival. This was a private event 😊

Sumidagawa fireworks festival is Japan’s LARGEST and OLDEST fireworks festival that dates back to year 1733!!!

You guys asked about the food on an Asian cruise.. this is everything I ate at the Windjammer buffet on Spectrum of the Seas sailing out of Shanghai, China ✌️ @royalcaribbeanasia

I’m probably biased, but this cruise has had the best buffet IMO. They had Thai night, Indonesian night, Filipino night, and each time we arrived at a new port.. local fruitssss 🥭

Could you do this in your country? 💸

Walked past a street vendor in Busan, South Korea, and got drawn in by the smell of fresh hotteoks being made. When I pulled out my wallet to pay, I noticed that the shop’s cash register was just a tray with wads of cash stacked up inside, sitting on the counter closer to the customers in queue than the actual workers 🙀

Anyways, I know this wouldn’t fly in many countries but that’s enough of an indication to me that Korea is safe!

@hotelchinzansotokyo_official is home to one of the oldest gardens in Tokyo that houses a 3-storey pagoda, inari shrine, waterfall, fireflies every year in June AND sea of clouds ☁️

It’s one of the most magical hotels we’ve ever stayed in, in the most lux suite overlooking the garden where we could see the magic in the day and at night.

The gardens aren’t publicly accessible, in order to visit, you’ll need to either stay at the hotel or have a reservation at one of their many restaurants.

Would this be a bucket list stay for you?

I think so. We’ve NEVER in our wildest dreams seen anything like this place. 24 hours seems way too short for a place that doesn’t seem to end and offers wayyyy more entertainment and relaxation that we could get around to in a day.

The only thing that hasn’t changed are the uncles in summer 😂

The last time I visited Shanghai was wayyyy back in 2014 and although the change was beginning, it definitely wasn’t as evident as it is now.

It was a pleasant surprise and we will 100% be going back to China to explore more 😊

The newest luxury rainforest resort in Singapore was a dream come true stay for us on our recent trip. The entire resort flows seamlessly with the rainforest that surrounds it and we really felt like we were in the thick of it 🌳

I know you’re probably thinking “what about alllll the mozzies?” They gotchu covered. It was the first time we came across a balcony that’s completely netted, so it’s safe to say, we were safe from 🦟
