For anyone that may not have noticed yet, my team and I shot the Around the Sun and WAIT music video in the same day! It was a lot of work and thankfully a lot of fun. The magic is working with awesome people and in this case, I did. I had a lot of friends jump in to help make this possible and I’m so deeply grateful!

@directedbygoodgame and @workingxholiday really crushed it.

There was a really fun energy that day because we knew it was the start of something new… I can’t wait to bring more songs and videos to you, and bring you further into Evergreen!

WAIT is out now! I wrote this when I was stuck in the friend zone, (anyone else been there? oof)… I just couldn’t get them to see me any differently- so I waited, and waited, and then I wrote this song 😂

WAIT is for anyone out there who knows there’s someone somewhere meant for them. It’s a hopeful and optimistic way of trusting the process and knowing that what’s meant to be will be. The most beautiful things in life show up when we least expect it and are always worth the wait. 🌿

This video was so special and so fun to make! I wanted to put my studio in nature and show the feeling of making Evergreen in a visual form. I also wanted to remind anyone who sees it that sometimes the way something looks in a moment isn’t how it’ll look forever… you know… perspective.

Seeing a music video come to fruition after a TON of planning and dreaming is so exciting and gratifying! @directedbygoodgame ran with all of these ideas every step of the way and they did a fantastic job bringing it to life! My Studio that was essentially picked up from my house and dropped in the middle of a field is due to the really great work of @workingxholiday, and I’m so grateful to my team for helping put this together!

This song will always be special to me because it’s the first song of this new season and it’s so much of my own heart in the lyric. Thanks for being here for the beginning... now let’s keep the party going! 🌿
