One of my favorite songs of all time!!! 🥰😁 Did you know that singing is the world’s most accessible stress reliever? It releases endorphins, the feel-good chemicals into our brain! 🧠✨ Every time I sing, it doesn’t matter what state I’m in initially, I feel so unbelievably happy and euphoric afterwards. Maybe that explains why we wrote, recorded, mixed, mastered and shot 8 music videos for my new album “88” in less than a month! Can’t help it when inspiration strikes. 🤣😂

Back in the studio today to record some new songs for the movie I wrote and am soon directing, as well as some music for my new musical pilot!!! @andreas.carlsson 😆😁 Hope you have a wonderful and inspiring day!!!

Life doesn’t always follow a map. Sometimes you just take the “Highway” and trust the ride. That’s exactly what this summer highlight reel is all about!!! 🛣️☀️

My dream summer?
Days on the water, bike rides, hiking trails, boating, kayaking and fishing off a jetski (or Jesski, as I call it 😂)
Being in nature, bonfires and picnics on the beach, live shows in the park, Euro adventures, cooking, laughing, dancing, spontaneous road trips, saunas and cold plunges, way too much ice cream, ocean swims, fireworks, pool floaties and workouts. Forest stair sessions, beach meditations, croquet (yes, obsessed), one night camping trips 😅 and slowly getting the hang of pickleball, golf and tennis!

Now I want to see what your summer looks like 🌞
