Hurricane recovery with @tbcn 🌀

Spent a lot of time recently helping out the Tampa community. Last week TBCN and I hit a comfort station to dish out food and supplies to hurricane victims.

Finally finished the live hard program from @1stphorm . I feel like learned a lot from this challenge beyond living a lifestyle of fitness. Mental fitness was really the main gain here. From setting and attaining goals, to chugging before bed, to wind sprints in the middle of a hurricane, and many other inconveniences, I finally found victory. For those of you who don't know, this program hails from my hometown @explorestlouis and challenges us to maintain healthy habits and grow your inner beast! Many people are familiar with @75hard.challenge and @andyfrisella . This is the year long extended version of that, and I'll tell ya... it's no picnic. As an entertainer/ actor/ model/ stuntman (humble brag lol) I know a thing or two about fitness. But this took me to another level in regards to my entrepreneur lifestyle that I have adopted into my life. This year has been wild in all the best ways. Moved across the country, got engaged to a truly badass woman who I love, had a beautiful baby with said woman, and have begun to build my business and an incredible network. This program isn't for the faint of heart but I will say this, it is for you. The way it's built it can benefit anyone, no matter what your individual goals are. For me, it reassured me I can truly do anything, and kickass while I'm doing it. I very rarely post selfies (let alone shirtless ones, as I find them cringe), however after rocking this program from top to bottom I just couldn't help myself. Keep on keeping on, folks, and if I may be so bold... be the best version of yourself. If I can do it, so can you. God bless and go get some! 💪😎
