The country singer is in a completely different headspace after a whirlwind two years. Her 2023 EP #RollingUptheWelcomeMat—a six-song collection that chronicles her journey through divorce—marked the beginning of a new chapter in her career, one where she stands confidently in her achievements. Reflecting on her growth, Ballerini recalls a dinner with her manager a few years ago where she asked, “What’s my blind spot? Where can I be better?” His response was clear: “You need to stop acting like you’re new here.” Since then, she’s been focused on embracing her success. “I think that’s a lesson for all women—to be really proud about our wins.”
