*RECIPE*
1. Take one bowl soya chunks and soak in water till it becomes soft.
2. Squeeze the water from soya chunks.
3. Take curd in a bowl and add 1 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tbsp haldi powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp garam masala along with ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp corn flour.
3. Fry in hot oil till it becomes crunchy.
4. Add peri peri masala and enjoy.

3. 1/2 tbsp table salt.
4. 1 tbsp coriander powder

Milk Halwa Recipe ⬇️

*RECIPE*
1. Take 70 to 100 gm of roasted suji and add 200 ml of boiled milk to it, mix it well.
2. Now roast a hand full of dry fruits in 2 tsp of ghee/ oil.
3. Take that pan and add 3 tsp of ghee along with 50 gm of sugar and mix it well untill it dissolves.
4. Pour the suji mixture to it and stir the mixture untill it turned golden brown.
5. Now add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and cook it for around 5 to 10 minutes untill it soak the ghee.
6. Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and server hot.

Paneer Do Pyaza Recipe ⬇️

*RECIPE*
1. Take 200 gm paneer. Cut into cubes and fry it upto 80%
2. In same pan add khade masale(tej patta, jeera, red sukhi mirch, laung, kali mirch). Add 1 chopped onion and cook until golden brown.
3. Add half tbsp Kashmiri red mirch powder and half tbsp salt.
4. Add 2 tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add water to adjust the consistency.
6. Add dahi paste(take 1 cup of dahi along with 1 tbsp red mirch powder, half tbsp haldi powder, 1 tbsp garam masala and kasuri methi).
7. Cook for 5 minutes and add diced onion along with fried paneer.
8. Give it a good mix and garnish with kasuri methi.
