Y’all have no idea how much I loved making this song. Country music has been such a big part of my life. I grew up listening to George Strait, Brooks & Dunn and all that jazz. Growing up in Texas as a Hispanic woman, you get the country and the Tejano music. I feel like this is such a big part of who I am, and I needed to share that side. This song has a little bit of both, which feels so true to me. I love ballads and pop, but I think there’s always gonna be a lil country, and a lil Spanish in everything I do because that’s just who I am.
