it took me a moment to add ‘spaceship’ into my live set, because i wasn’t sure i’d ever be able to make it through the song without bawling. however, when my dear friend @thereallukeevans reached out and asked me to join him on his show, i knew it was in that moment that i had to try.

this has now become one of my favorite moments in my shows, it feels like the outside noise stops for a moment and we can truly connect in that room. i cherish those moments with you at each and every show.

the countdown to christmas is on…! and i’m celebrating throughout the whole of december on my “greatest hits christmas tour”, and i want you to join me!

i’m so excited for this upcoming run of shows and the set list we’re curating that spans decades of holiday music. some of these songs i’ve sung since i was a little girl, that bring out the big kid in me. others came later, from a deeper place, when i started asking myself what the season feels like now as a woman, wife, stepmom and someone who’s lived a lot more life.

it’s always an honor when asked to step up and celebrate on of the greats, but this was such a special moment for me.

today, we lost a legend. connie francis and her music was a part of the soundtrack of my childhood. her voice and the gift of her music will live on, forever.

and breathe… i may have been in napa for work, but staying at @stanlyranchauberge was the perfect mini break amongst the recent chaos of life. touring, flight delays, teeth drama, straight into long days on set… it can really take it out of a woman!

thank you @aubergeresorts for spoiling us with the most incredible villa (featuring our very own rocking chairs, iykyk) and some of the best food ever!
