It took 4 years for Rebecca & her brother to turn their popular online bakery into a brick-and-mortar shop. Her sibling, who taught himself how to bake after losing his job in private equity during the pandemic, tells 8days.sg: “Some [mall operators] said we can’t sell croissants or sourdough. I was like, ‘that’s all I know how to do!’” Good thing they finally found the perfect spot for their cafe. We sample their yummy new bakes.
