McDonalds Hashbrowns, But Better 🤤🍟🇵🇸

Recipe ingredients:
3 large potatoes (makes 8 medium-large hashbrowns )
Water and 1tsp salt (to boil)

To the mixture add;
1 egg
4 heaping tbsps of cornflour
Seasonings:
1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp oregano and 1 tsp of red chilli powder (u may play around with the ssasonings)

Recipe ingredients:
1 kg beef & lamb mince (u may use either or mutton/chicken)
1 onion
1 green/red capsicum
4 Garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika/red chilli powder
1⁄2 tsp Red pepper flakes
1⁄2 tsp coriander seeds ground
1 tsp Cumin/zeera roasted
1⁄2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp tomato paste

Salad

1⁄2 onion
1/2 tomato
1 tbsp lemon juice
1⁄2 tsp sumac
Salt & pepper

Creamy yogurt sauce:
1⁄4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup cream
1⁄2 cup Yogurt
Salt & pepper
1⁄2 tsp Dried mint
1⁄2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp sumac
2 tbsp lemon juice

⭐️ TIPS:
- Use minced meet with atleast 30 percent fat
- incorporate some lamb tail into the mince if available
- make sure your mince is free from water
- keep an eye during cooking to ensure juiciness
