قمت بتصوير هذا الفيديو منذ اربع اشهر منذ ان عادت الحرب ، واغلقت المعابر ، وبدأ الطعام بالنفاذ ، اليوم بعد مرور اربع شهور نفذ ما تبقى من طعام واصبحت الاسواق فارغة والاسعار مرتفعة جداً

قمت باعادة نشر الفيديو ربما يكون هناك احد بقي لديه بعض من العدس او البذور يمكن ان يقوم باستنباتها ، ليضاعف الكمية ويحصل على بعض الفوائد
لان هذه الطريقة مفيدة جداً وتضاعف الكمية ثلاث مرات

ولاكن حتا المواد البسيطة الموجودة في الفيديو اصبح نادرة وباهظة الثمن ،

‎الخطوات .. 👇Steps
-تختار اي نوع بذور متوفر وتغسلها جيداً
-تضع البذور في وعاء زجاجي وتضع عليه الماء لمدة يوم كامل
اليوم الثاني ، تخرج الماء وتغسل البذور
تضع قطعة قماش او اي شيء يسمع بخروج الماء
يجب ان تغسلها مرتين او ثلاث في اليوم لتمنعها من التعفن
بعد اربع ايام تكون صالحة للاكل 👍

Trying to get meat during the famine 😅❤️‍🩹 Nothing has come in since the war resumed — especially meat and chicken.
I managed to get some pigeons with great difficulty. At first, I was going to eat them, but then I thought about raising them since they're so rare now.
Most animals have died here. The eggs will hatch soon... I’m honestly thinking of eating them 😅❤️‍🩹

☕️The most expensive cup of coffee in the world ،
This is my sister’s house. Half of it was destroyed, and her family now lives in the other half. She told me she still had some good coffee in her broken kitchen.
We had a hard time getting inside, but we finally made it and pulled out many things from under the rubble.

To be honest, the coffee was worth it, especially since you can’t find real coffee in stores these days.
But it’s not just about the coffee — it’s about all the destruction and the dreams buried under it. I still can’t believe that some people might still be trapped under the rubble today. ❤️‍🩹

اغلى فنجان قهوة في العالم ☕️ ، هذا منزل اختي ، تدمر نصفه ، ويعيشون في النصف المتبقي ، اخبرتني ان كان لديها قهوة جيدة في مطبخها المدمر ، وجدنا طريق للدخول بصعوبة ، واخرجنا الكثير من الاغراض من تخت الركام

بصراحة القهوة تستحق كل هذا ، لعدم توفر قهوة حقيقية في السوق ،
الامر ليس متعلق بالقهوة فقط ، بل بحجم الدمار والاحلام المدفونة تحته
