Got introduced to weight lifting at the age of 13! 🧯 My neighbor gifted me the Arnold Schwarzenegger “Encyclopedia Of Bodybuilding” for my Bar Mitzvah. I was hooked!! Lifting weights quickly become my anchor! 33 years later, it’s still one of the most important things in my life. Helps me when I’m happy, helps me when I’m down, helps me when I’m stressed, helps me get aligned with the universe, helps with my confidence & also helps me have an abundance of energy to tackle any obstacles in my way.
