•	Salt as per taste

For coating: 
•	Sesame seed

For stuffing:

•	3–4 green chillies
•	Salt to taste
•	½ tsp cumin seeds
•	3–4 drops lemon juice
•	½ tsp Eno (fruit salt)
•	Water as required
•	Oil (for greasing)

To Make Dahi Mixture:
•	1 cup curd (Dahi)
•	2–3 pieces ginger
•	2–3 green chillies
•	½ tsp cumin powder
•	½ tsp chaat masala
•	Black salt to taste
•	Regular salt to taste
•	1 tsp chili flakes
•	¼ cup chopped coriander leaves (Dhaniya Patta)
•	2–3 tbsp mint leaves (pudina Patta)
•	Water as required
•	Masala Bondi (for garnishing)

For Tadka (Tempering):
•	Curry leaves
•	½ tsp mustard seeds (sarso)
•	¼ tsp asafoetida (Hing)
•	2–3 dry red chillies (Sukhi Lal Mirch)
•	Oil
