Hey friends. Been a long time. I just wanted to celebrate that my friend @etrainlife and I just completed a challenge we set for each other that we called 75 Create.

75 straight days of everyday:
-45 minutes of outdoor movement
-45 minutes of additional movement
-30 minutes of creative time
-10 minutes of meditation
-Good nutrition and water choices
-Daily writing in The Artist Way (we’re on our final week now)

To say that my life has been changed by this experience is a huge understatement. I am happier and more myself than I have been in years. And now I am slowly emerging from the cocoon of this work to share my art again with you. It’s really scary admittedly. Like…the scariest thing. But I trust you all 💕

I’ll be making a huge video about this soon. But for now I just wanted to say hello and celebrate. And tell you that I want to say hi more. 🤭

I’ve been coming to Hawai’i since I was 18 months old to visit family, but I hadn’t been back in 9 years. I won’t let it be another 9. So many memories of being a little one and climbing on the trees in my grandmothers garden, watching hula whenever possible and trying to learn as much Hawaiian as I could. I learned about respect and love for land here. What it means to love and embody a place in practice. I think I took that with me when I started to engage more with my Irish heritage as a teen. But I learned it here first. This trip was an amazing reminder. A hui hou, Hawai’i ❤️
