Love expresses itself so beautifully. I feel like I’ve spent a pretty decent portion of the day crying. Cancer baby. 🥹

Two of the redwoods in the backyard are being taken down next week. Their roots are breaking into the neighbor’s foundation…

It was good to sit with them today and thank them for all that they have held me through these past 6 years. The last window where I really spent time in the yard was when we said goodbye to Tater in February.
It felt strange to be back there without her even though I could see and feel her all over the place.

I sat with Kensho @globalteahut. Delicious.

I’m grateful to my mother for bringing me into this world and for all that she sacrificed to take care of me.

I am grateful to my family, friends, and coworkers for blessing me with the precious gift of feeling truly known.

There is an absurd abundance of goodness happening in my immediate field these days.
I aim to cultivate and maintain my heart IN gratitude and a spirit of curiosity wherever I observe contraction.
I aim for clear seeing - clarity — and courage.

Sending out a big high five to this young man for his hustle and grit. @patrickkeleher, you inspire me with your capacity to just go for it and to take such steady steps towards your dreams. Thank you for including me, Sir. 🌸

At 6am one morning Patrick and James rolled through and we set up in the backyard. After a couple of bowls in silence we launched into a roaming 2hour chat about pretty much anything and everything our combined super-neurodivergent-brains wanted to wander into. We chat about acting, social media, past lives, and, of course, death. 🥰
Sounds intense but I swear we do a LOT of laughing. Join us! You can set it up and listen while doing dishes or, sure, pour yourself some tea and settle in.

No more podcasts for awhile! My sensitive omnivert self is feeling pretty overstimulated by the excessive sharing I did. Holy guacamole. It’s a bit nervous making hanging yourself out there like that! It doesn’t feel like that when you’re just talking to someone…
