Al final lo que realmente salvó nuestra pareja y familia fue entender que la clave estaba en aceptar la individualidad de cada uno, desde la convivencia, el respeto y el amor.
Estar unidos no significa ser la misma persona ni tener las mismas necesidades vitales.
Ella entiende lo que me hace feliz y lo acepta, sin rencor ni lucha, y yo hago lo mismo con ella.
Nos llevó tiempo entenderlo, porque muchas parejas pasamos por épocas de competencia y rivalidad sin sentido, y lo hacíamos desde la individualidad de un ego que necesitaba validarse y compararse para sentirse mejor… eso es vivir en incoherencia y con falta de seguridad en uno mismo.
“Vulnerabilizarse” y abrir el corazón ha sido la clave para comunicarnos cuando había dolor, sin dañar al otro.
Es solo nuestra propia experiencia pero quizás a alguien le resuene 🫡🙏🏼🫂
Ah! Y los abrazos son básicos…ayudan a recalibrar los corazones 🤍

This picture was taken by @declan.andrews.photography with an analog camera on July 4th in Cardiff, Wales — two hours before the first Oasis concert after 16 years apart.

For those who don’t know, I started playing guitar because of British music — and Oasis became a huge reference for me as a kid. I used to spend hours trying to figure out their chords and lyrics, back when there was no internet at all.

When I was 13, I spent a summer alone in Burnage, their hometown in Manchester, staying with a local family. I even went back the next year. I walked those streets listening to their albums on repeat, trying to understand what inspired their music. That city — and the north of England — deeply shaped how I make music today. Even though I now play piano, there’s still a lot of Britpop in everything I create.

Being at their comeback gig closed a long personal circle. It helped me reconnect with the kid I was and accept who I’ve become. Past, present, and future — all at once. Because time isn’t really what they told us.

Thank you @oasis @liamgallagher and @themightyi , for everything you’ve given through your music.
And thanks to the amazing photographer who captured this moment — right before the magic started.

I recorded my daily workouts while in the camping. I had conversations with the camera to explain how I address workout away from home, when I travel, with little equipment and combining it with family time and summer laziness 😄
What I do is not a workout anymore. I show up everyday to stay in balance physically and mentally. It makes me a better and more calm man for my and my loved ones.

Summer can be quite stressful for parents, that is why keeping the workout snacks is more important than ever 😄🫂

This summer, I’m sharing something special.

I’m starting a little documentary about my vacation at the campsite — not just to show how I train without a gym, but to open the door to the mindset behind my everyday routine. Documenting every workout, sets and reps.

It’s personal. You’ll see how I approach my workouts, why I train the way I do, and what’s really going on in my mind while I do it.

There’s a lot of work behind this, so it won’t be free. But many of you in this community have been asking for something deeper than just exercises.

As I always say:
💭 A healthy, strong body begins with the way you speak to yourself.

And that’s exactly what I want to show you — how I talk to myself to keep the fire alive, to stay moving, every single day. 🫡

Del mismo modo en que me considero músico sin saber realmente qué estoy tocando —porque no sé leer ni escribir música— también me considero que debemos vivir la Vida aunque no entendamos del todo esta experiencia… ni para qué estamos aquí.

Tendemos a querer controlar las situaciones de la vida, como yo intenté controlar mi relación con la música durante muchos años. Y durante mucho tiempo me sentí avergonzado por no saber leer ni escribir partituras.

Pero hoy reconozco que, precisamente, ahí está mi mayor fortaleza: en no saber lo que toco… y simplemente sentirlo.

Os animo a permitiros mover los dedos, el cuerpo y la mente de forma libre, aunque no sepáis ni lo que estáis haciendo. Nunca sabremos la magia que hay detrás hasta que no lo intentemos

You know there are infinite ways to do something. And choosing a spiritual path can look a million ways too. It really comes down to your choices in life and your preferences.

We chose to grow through the path of relationship. We chose to face it all together. All the things we didn’t know we had to face.

But we learned to recognise the nature of our relationship so we can navigate every situation and initiation with the right mindset & toolset.

We have been keeping track of the ways through which we can understand our dynamics and how to navigate through them.

We created visual concepts for energetic processes and ways to communicate and interact through difficulties.

Some of these concepts are : the ping pong effect, the zipper, thr snake, the bridges, the pearl, the egg, the bleeding heart vs the burning heart,… etc.

We’re putting them all together to create something for you all.
