Finger tapping is a delicate and ancient way of relieving tension from the body. 

This also helps to calm down the mind.

Neck pain and poor posture are deeply related. With this exercise we are targeting both of them.

Make sure to breath as deep as possible for the inner stretching(meaning the expansion of your lungs can also engage and destress your spine)

Wall posture stretch is a great way to relieve your entire spine from the hours of sitting.

It’ll also help you to improve your posture, yet make sure that you are training your back muscles as well.

Stretching gives a quick relief, and strengthening them will keep your body in a better posture overall.

Fist tapping is a great way to relieve tension from your shoulders and other body parts. 

Do it for 1-2 minutes and then close your eyes and observe the sensations🙌

And by engaging them you could destress the entire body?

This is a brilliant exercise where we engage the entire sole of the feet, toes and muscles that we hardly use!

This is a part of May morning routine.

In the child pose, spread out the knees and go with your chest closer to the floor. 

From there bring one arm in front of your face and point to the side.

Then breathe in and with exhale twist while focusing on the torsion in your lower back.
