Some of you guys know that the original @pharosathleticclub was built on a the blueprint of Movie Prep work idone for @gymjonessalvation with @andyhorwitz . My brain was dialed in to the programs , equipment and protocols I would need to create the best transformations in the shortest amount of time . The vision has evolved over the years but @pharospalmsprings is my best shot at the title . I had my friend @samheughan come and test it out with me . Plenty of fitness , plenty of fun, plenty of recreation. A space to build good things …. Bodies, mindset , relationships , community … this endeavor is what throws fuel on my flame .
