story time: in 2014 i made a remix that changed my life forever. the Next Episode (San Holo Remix) was used in so many y0utube videos, after movies, dance battles, game montages, sports edits, vines; it blew my mind (s/o trap nation!) DJs started playing it on radio, houseparties and festivals... back then i didn’t even know how to DJ; to be honest, i didn’t even know anything about the great dance & rave community. i was just a kid from Holland making beats in his bedroom. i became so obsessed with the crazy music i found on soundcloud; it sounded so new and different. we were all actively trying to make something we never heard before; music from the future! and now 10+ years later, when it comes to music, i still feel like that kid from 2014 from time to time... sending love to all you, go do YOUR thing ❤️ - San ↑%

for me this song reminds me of the first time being on a bus tour (opening for Madeon and Porter). I had only just released Light and touring was still so new to me… even though it was quite overwhelming, it was such a magical time. grateful for the experience and for everyone i got to connect with ❤️🌈 - San ↑%
