We created @bearfruit, because the reality is that having a good marriage is hard: 50% of marriages end in divorce and rising. Raising good kids who actually love Jesus…
is hard: More young adults than ever before are leaving the church. And becoming the person God has called YOU to be, can sometimes feel really hard… We know it has for us at times. We created Bear Fruit because this is something we wish we had when we first got married… First started having kids… And even now more than ever, as we’re in the thick of it. In a world where every celebrity mocks God, we proudly want more of God. But it’s so easy to live life casually, just going about our days and ‘miss it’. Miss all God has for us, our marriage and family. We can’t afford to miss it. Our families can’t afford it. Gods calling us to live intentionally each day. To bear fruit that won’t fade when everything else does. To have that thriving marriage and thriving kids. John 10:10 reminds us we’re called to thrive, not just survive. We know not everyone believes what we believe, and that’s ok. Bear Fruit isn’t for everyone. But we know many of you do. And many of you want this, but it’s so much easier said than done. So this platform was created with that exact intentionality. To empower the Christian person and family with the resources and the HOW to Bear Fruit. We don’t just want to hear about the fruit, we want to taste it. Life’s too hard to do alone. Bear Fruit was created to serve as a place where we could find and thrive in community. But not the toxic community we see across social media, the healthy kind of community that encourages you to pursue your spouse, not give up on them. To pursue your kids, never giving up on them. 9 years ago Cole asked me to be his girlfriend at this exact spot. The Golden Gate Bridge. We haven’t been back since but crazy coming back 9 years later with our 5 kids🥲 God has been so good. Our messy house. With so many little kids, in this season of our life, we’ve chosen to embrace the mess. Because it’s easy to get stressed or overwhelmed by all the things to clean or do. It can feel never ending. Savannah and I constantly remind ourselves how it won’t be like this for long. How we’ll one day miss our messy house. And how beautiful and blessed we are to live in a messy house with such beautiful messy little kids. Because we know they’re growing up quick and it’s so hard to see. Of course, it’s all within reason. We try to clean when and where we can and teach our kids the same. While also choosing to prioritize a fun (usually messy) house over an always clean one. From one mom and dad to another, you’re doing great. And your messy house is proof of that. These are the days🥹 (song @fivexband)

When you get pregnant at 19 out of wedlock, there’s a lot of shame & guilt that comes with that. At least there was for me. And although I will shout it from the rooftops that having a baby at 19 wasn’t easy, it was absolutely worth it and part of God’s plan for me. There were a lot of tears shed, a lot of nights where I couldn’t do what my friends my age were doing, a lot of fear that I wouldn’t be able to give her the life she needed.. but God showed up in the best way possible. Having her was the best decision I could have ever made. We got to grow up together in a way and I have no idea what I would do without her. She is light. She made me a better person. My best friend. I love you, Ev🥰

Happy Easter from the LaBrants! We believe Jesus died on the cross. Paying the debt for all of our sins. We believe He rose from the dead 3 days later. Defeating death. Proving that He wasn’t just a good person or a prophet, but the living Son of God. He alone is worthy. This is Easter. This is what we believe. This is what we’re raising our kids to believe unashamedly.❤️

Being their mom is the BEST thing that’s ever happened to me. They make me a better person. They encourage me to get closer to Jesus so I can lead them well. To read my Bible daily so I can teach them too. To be the best wife I can be so they see a thriving marriage to look up to. They taught me to be more patient. More generous. More kind. More loving. More adventurous. More playful. More selfless. They make me better. And not because I have to be better for them- but because I want to be. I am so incredibly happy to be their mommy. Thank you Jesus for these 5 beautiful gifts! 🙏
