In 2019, I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life — keep chasing a dream that was fading… or pivot. I chose to pivot. I let go of my pursuit of becoming a pro athlete and found something new to pour my energy into: the gym

Training became therapy. The one place I had full control over the outcome — the more work I put in, the more I got out. 

Through pain, I found purpose. 
Through the grind, I found growth. 
Every rep became a reminder that I was building something bigger than muscles — I was building me

Shout out to my client Mirko who’s made incredible progress since joining the SEANLDV coaching program 💪🏾

When Mirko came to me, his goals were clear:

* Build lean muscle
* Increase definition
* Get consistent with training and nutrition

Before we started working together, Mirko felt stuck. He wanted to build muscle and improve his definition, but struggled with:
