Learning Controlled and deliberate breathing and learning to extend from inside …. My amazing instructor is so keen on controlled movements ,Pilates has taught me that my shoulders are constantly up .. i probably carry some tension there.. now subconsciously I correct my posture .. I engage my scapula more now ❤️

I used to be so conscious of the scar on my knee from too much kneeling down on gravels in secondary school 🤣guess who is learning beauty from every scar now ? Me 🥹❤️

Happy anniversary to us 😍😍This time last year, we stood hand in hand before God and our loved ones, hearts full of love and hope, and made a sacred vow to love, to serve, and to walk this journey of life together. We will never forget that moment. The peace, the joy, the overwhelming presence of God in the room… ❤️🥹
It was more than a ceremony it was the beginning of forever. I had my dream fairytale wedding, but more importantly, I married the love of my life my answered prayer, my peace, my safe place. ❤️
Since then, God has been so faithful. He’s been our rock, our provider, our guide, and our protector. Everyday He has shown us that what He joins together, He surely sustains.
I look back on that day with tears of joy because I remember just how happy we were and how that joy has only grown. Today, we celebrate love, covenant, friendship, and the grace of God that has carried us.
Cheers to forever with you, my love. I’ll choose you over and over again. Here’s to the memories we’ve made, and the many more beautiful chapters ahead. And to all who celebrated and support us God bless you 🥂

Pilates unlike the gym has tested my strength !! The gym and lifting weights deceived me into thinking I was strong 🤣🤣🤣ha Pilates requires way to much focus, I respect the Pilates girlies because what!!!… it requires so much balance and body weights and focus !!!! That clearly I was lacking 🤣🤣I’m all for wellness and getting that body right naturally ❤️for me I love my folds,I love my little pouch right under my 4 packs , I love my hip dips !!! Wellness is mental and ouuuuu I can say I’m conquering Pilates one private session at a time 🤣❤️

No one deserves to live like this.

Children’s future,once bright are being stolen right before our eyes. Families are being displaced, left to grieve, to run, to survive in fear. I can’t find the words to describe the weight in my chest. It breaks me to even imagine the terror and the pain my people must be living through every day. I was trying to see the depth of what has been going on in my state !!💔💔💔💔💔💔💔the pains!!! At least 100 lives have been lost in Guma LGA. Amnesty International has reported that dozens were bur@& alive in their own homes. Many are still missing, countless others wounded. Families have been torn apart. Though the violence is increasing ,the attackers remain unidentified. From what I hear not a single suspect has been arrested. Please correct me if anything has changed !

If you’ve ever experienced a crisis , if you’ve ever had to run or hide or fear for your life,you know that kind of fear never truly leaves you. It stays with you . My family and I once witnessed a crisis in 2001 .

Benue is home to me ,I remember the road trips I used to take with my dad when I was younger driving to Benue to visit my grandma. We would stop on the road for our famous bush meat.. freely with no fear …the land there very fresh, very green!!! And we felt safe. Free. Happy. Our people very welcoming !!!Our very own food basket of the Nation!! 💔

Now… there’s a deep fear in my heart. A fear that grips me at the thought of even visiting. A fear that what was once home may never feel safe again.if I feel this way imagine how the people who live there feel!!!!!! Ha!!!

I pray for God’s protection over the people of Benue. I pray for peace. I’m begging the government,please pleaseeeeeee do more. Step in. Take action. Bring justice.🙏

My voice may not be the loudest, but it is a voice. And I will keep using it,for the voiceless, for the displaced, for the brokenhearted.

Benue deserves peace. Our people deserve peace.💔💔💔💔💔
