🍁 Family Photo 🍁 It’s hard to believe, but we haven’t taken a family photo since 2021—and in that time, our pack has doubled! We could never have imagined this journey, but we’re so incredibly grateful for each and every one of them. They all have come into our lives for a reason, and we feel so incredibly lucky to love them all. ❤️🐾 Our hearts are fuller than ever, and we honestly can’t imagine life without them. 🥰 Thank you all for allowing us to share our journey with you and for joining us on this adventure! Magnus has been ADOPTED!!! We were Magnus’s last resort before he was supposed to be euthanized. Thankfully with the help of @stacyhoperescue and @narana0408 we were able to save him in time. We foster a lot of dogs that come with severe behavioral problems that most people aren’t equipped to handle which is why we usually have long-term fosters. When we got Magnus it was very clear he was going to be a long-term foster and we knew finding him the right home was going to be difficult due to his breed characteristics (he’s extremely high drive). Magnus was a lot of fun to train as he is such a quick learner and is eager to please, but working through his behavioral issues definitely took time. We knew he needed a home that could fullfill his needs and also had Malinois experience. Fostering Magnus has been such an amazing experience 🩵 Although we will always love him, we couldn’t be happier that he found his forever pack.🐾❤️ Congratulations Maggie boy you’re finally home 🎉🥂🥹

How do you exercise your dog? 🧐 Having so many high drive dogs has made us learn lots of new sports 😂 we’re always trying to find new ways to have fun with our dogs and these are just some of our favorite activities to do with our pack: dog sledding, bikejoring, skijoring, paddle boarding, mountaineering, hiking, swimming, and we’re taking classes to teach our dogs agility and dock diving this year! Of course obedience training and proper socialization is just as important, so combined with exercise has really helped with a lot of our fosters behavioral issues. It’s also important to note that we don’t do pulling sports with every one of our dogs and fosters, we always consult with our vet first. Our dogs health is always our top priority so we always take all the precautions necessary to keep every one of them safe!

Do you think Regulus enjoyed it? 🧼💙🐾 Regulus is a 1.8-year-old, 121-pound Cane Corso x Neapolitan mix looking for a forever home to call his own. He’s a total sweetheart with a heart of gold. He still has plenty of playful puppy energy and gets the zoomies often, but his favorite thing in the world? Spending time with you.

Regulus is extremely smart and thrives on training. He’s fully obedience trained, attends Rally classes, and shines with structure and purpose. This boy is highly food and toy motivated, with zero stubbornness, making him an absolute dream for anyone who enjoys working with dogs. His eagerness to learn and please makes training him fun and rewarding.

Although Regulus is neutral and well-mannered in public, he’s naturally wary of strangers, true to his mastiff roots. He bonds deeply with his people and will thrive in a home that respects his boundaries and helps him build trust at his pace.

When Regulus first came to us, he showed signs
of resource guarding food. He’s made tremendous progress with consistent work, but he’ll need a mastiff or power-breed savvy home with prior experience managing resource guarding and separate feeding.

Regulus cannot live with cats, small animals, or small dogs under 45 pounds unless they are fully separated. He’s also not a fit for homes with children. But in the right environment, he will be the most loyal, loving, and devoted companion you could ask for.

He is crate trained, X-pen trained, house trained, neutered, and vaccinated.
