CAMPFIRE One of my favorites on the “HEAVEN ON MY MIND” album. Growing up in athletics, sometimes I look at things more that way. I love the line, “we don’t always get to huddle up with God, and I don’t always like his plays”. It’s an honest line. I don’t like the way life plays out sometimes, but I trust God‘s plan. There was a point in my life when I had to decide if all this was real, and if God could truly be trusted… I landed on the side of complete and free fall faith in Him. I believe in the eternal plan and put all my trust in God’s hands… The earthly plan can be painful but the eternal plan is going to be beautiful. I’m counting on it.

The Psalm says in the first verse, “all my inmost being praise His holy name”. If one person chooses to do that, this song is an answered prayer.
