My son Deaconn has just signed a two-year contract with the very credible Chesterfield Football Club!
I am the proudest Dad in the world and always have been. If you knew how he had to work twice as hard as everyone else to shed extra weight when he slipped into a difficult place mentally and didn't even want to leave the house, you would understand how much he deserves this. If you knew how long he has wanted it and how he lives and breathes football, you would know he deserves it. He had to diet and train twice a day during his exams recently, and he's had to avoid so many distractions. At his age, kids can really go the other way. I know people who could have been professional when they were young, but they turned to drink, smoking, and the rest. Following my lifestyle and being with me all his life, touring, and much more, he could have easily been tempted to experiment as all he's seen is nightlife and parties through his Dad. I'm so grateful and so proud he kept following his dream, staying true to himself. Every time we are away, he gets up and trains! He's had so many 'no's,' letdowns, and closed doors on his journey with trial after trial, but he just shook it off with resilience and kept going, which I admire so much. I hope other kids can take inspiration from this, knowing they will get there too if they really try. You have always been my inspiration son, and you are the most well-mannered and genuinely good human that I know. You are so easy to talk to, so funny, and too cool. You have never been about cameras and social media, so I'm sorry for always posting big essays haha I'm just truly blessed to have you as my son. Now the work gets even harder, but you can be happy knowing you are part of a professional team, and it's time to further master your trade in such amazing company so you can grow into your next chapter. Who knows where you could be in the years to come? For now, just be yourself and stay laser-focused. Love you, Deaconn. I remember being 17 pushing a pram in the town centre, I was wearing tracksuit and a hat looking like a chav as most kids where im from do. I could feel and even see people roll their eyes looking down on me but I would still tell everyone I met - as I was window shopping that this is my little boy and I was beaming always with pride. Recently I took my son to the races and you have no idea how many compliments we got from people just walking by saying how handsome he looked and how well mannered he is. I was just as proud of him back when we had nothing but eachother. Keep a good heart and don’t let anybody put you down as they don’t know your story xxx Happy Father’s Day to all fathers, mothers, Grandmas, grandads, aunties, uncles , bros / sisters and anyone who puts their loved ones before themselves xxxx Being a parent means more than just the title. You gotta be a leader, you gotta do what is right no matter what is thrown your way. You have to understand and adapt, sometimes you have to be ruthless and it’s easy to be that way because you know it’s for someone you love. I love being a Dad, I am a good Dad. Ive never been perfect, I learn a lesson every day and I have my family to help me, but I have a good heart and good intentions. Always have, I can say that proudly. Lots of love to everyone and anyone who going through a life changing situation x

I used to look forward to a week at the caravan when I was a kid, Primrose Valley summers with the family are still some of my favourite memories! The fact weve been able to holiday in places id dreamed of - Thailand, New York, Mexico, Maldives, Ibiza, Paris, and so many more with my little best pal by my side for him to enjoy really makes my heart smile. Spent my youth having a cone of chips at the caravan park (which I loved ha) then travelling and learning in so many amazing places together with my son is honestly perfect for me. This little basket don’t even know he’s born hahaha ❤️ just playing we are both are very grateful every day, Deaconn actually msgs me random thankyous all the time when we aren’t together bless him 😭. I’ll take you everywhere I go my son (until your 16 then u gotta pay for ur own shit) love you loads xxxxx
