so so grateful for of the love, dms, shares, and streams on the ‘sunflower’ ep today 🥹 this ep wouldn’t of happened without all of your support and and all the people who helped make the music happen. thanks to all my collaborators for working with me, and for YOU guys for believing in me and my music. happy sunflower day🌻

some backstory… last year, i took a trip to japan to travel with a good friend of mine who lives there. in the middle of the trip, we trekked down to Fukuoka. one day, in the heat of summer, we decided to take a ferry to an island in the bay called nokonoshima! on the top of the island, there is a beautiful park full of flowers and views of the coastline. i’m not sure what it is about this place, but it felt like there was a little magic there—something that filled me bliss and hope for what is yet to come. we went to an area where you could pick your own sunflower to take home with you. then, i took this picture of a couple sitting on a bench, looking out at the water(the artwork). it was such a peaceful moment in the middle of the chaos of my life. my hope is this little batch of songs can be a little soundtrack to your own peaceful moments this summer, in the midst of your chaos, wherever you are in the world. thank you for listening to my music. sunflower is yours on friday🌻
