Took London on another hike today, and it was absolutely breathtaking. There’s something about being deep in the mountains, surrounded by trees and stillness, that humbles you in the best way. I felt like the tiniest ant in the grandest masterpiece.

Grateful to have a relationship with God because now, I see Him in everything. In the trees, in the running water, in the wildflowers, in the way the light filters through the branches. He’s everywhere, and that feels pretty amazing.

My heart is full. I’m thankful for my sobriety, my career, my girls, and even the pain because without it, I wouldn’t know how to truly appreciate peace, or these moments I get to share with London.

It’s a pretty incredible feeling to walk through nature and feel so connected, so alive, and so held.

1 year sober. ❤️ Today, I’m sitting in deep gratitude for my sobriety. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and just as aware of how far I still have to go. Healing hasn’t been linear. Growth is f*ucking messy, painful, beautiful, and worth it.

Acceptance has been the biggest lesson for me. Accepting who I was, who I am, and who I’m becoming.

I heard something recently that hit me hard: “Addiction isn’t the problem. It’s a solution, a solution that becomes the problem.” Whether it’s a behavior or a substance, the pain underneath is real.

If you’re in it, or crawling your way out of it, this is for you. You are not alone. Always go with a choice that scares you the most, bc that's the one that's going help you grow. ❤️
