Viral brownie balls 10/10 worth the hype 🍫🍫🍫 IB: @elllgibson Comment RECIPE and I’ll message you the full recipe! These are gluten-free, can easily be made dairy-free, refined sugar-free and taste so decadent 🤤 I’ve been loving them as a pre-workout snack in the morning! 1.5 cups medjool dates (pitted) 2 tbsp almond flour 3 tbsp cocoa powder 1 scoop protein powder (I used Flavcity brownie batter flavor, code: CALLA) 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp nut butter of choice (I used sunflower seed butter) 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch sea salt For chocolate coating: ¾ cup chocolate chips 1 heaping tsp coconut oil Flakey sea salt for topping Add all brownie ball ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until fully combined Roll dough into balls (this makes 8-10 large balls or up to 20 smaller) and set onto a parchment paper lined tray or plate Set in the freezer while you melt your chocolate Add chocolate and coconut oil to a bowl and melt in 30 sec intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted Dip each brownie ball into melted chocolate, top with sea salt, and set back onto tray/plate Set in the freezer until chocolate hardens - about 15-20 min https://callascleaneats.com/viral-healthy-brownie-balls-gluten-free-high-protein/ #easyrecipe #healthyrecipe #brownies #energyballs #healthydessert #glutenfree #callascleaneats #cleaneating #lowsugar #highprotein #healthyfood #dates #chocolate #preworkout #proteinrecipes #proteinsnack

Pinch sea salt  Egg whites (or 1 whole egg) for the egg wash  Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Form dough into a ball. Place dough ball on clean surface and slice into 4 equal parts  Roll each part into a ball and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Slightly flatten and form a hole in the center of each bagel Brush egg whites or (1 whole egg, whisked) onto each bagel  Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bagels are slightly golden brown Let bagels cool at least 15 minutes before slicing open  Add toppings of choice! Easy Mexican cauliflower rice skillet — high-protein, filling, and so flavorful! 💃🌮🌶️ Comment RECIPE and I’ll dm you the full recipe!! 2 cups butternut squash (cubed— can swap sweet potato or regular potato) 2 bell peppers (diced)  1/2 onion (diced)  2 tsp olive oil or avocado oil  1 lb ground beef (can use ground chicken, turkey, bison, etc.) 2 cups cauliflower rice (I use frozen) 1/2 cup corn  1/2 cup black beans  1 packet taco seasoning (I use Siete fajita beef seasoning) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Cilantro (finely chopped)  For topping: Sour cream or greek yogurt Avocado Cilantro Hot sauce  Add butternut squash to a large skillet with ¼ cup water over high heat. Place lid over skillet and lower heat after a few minutes. Let squash steam 8-10 minutes or until fork-tender Add in peppers and onions and sautee over medium/high heat until vegetables start to soften ~10 minutes (add lid to skillet to make this step go quicker!)  Next, add in ground beef and cook until the meat is no longer pink  Add in cauliflower rice, corn, beans, and seasoning and saute 5-10 minutes  Finally, add shredded cheese and place lid back on skillet until cheese has fully melted  Turn off heat and top with cilantro. Gluten-free, dairy-free, lower sugar and the perfect addition to yogurt bowls or served with ice cream or whipped cream 🍦 For the peaches: 6 cups peaches 1/3 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar 2 tbsp arrowroot starch or corn starch 1 tsp cinnamon For the crisp topping: 1 cup oats 1/2 cup almond flour 1/3 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar 1/3 cup coconut oil (softened) 1 tsp cinnamon Slice peaches and add to a baking dish. Add rest of ingredients and toss until evenly coated. Bake at 350F for 30 min. After 30 min give everything another good toss Add all crisp topping ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Distribute evenly over peaches and place back in the oven another 20 ish min. Serve with Greek yogurt, whipped cream, or ice cream. High-protein chocolate cookie mousse! 🍪🍦🍫 Comment RECIPE and I’ll message you the full recipe! The perfect healthy treat for this heat! Super high in protein, gluten-free and low sugar 1 16oz container cottage cheese 2 scoops chocolate protein powder 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional – depends on how sweet your protein powder is) Cookies of choice (I used @sietefoods) 1/4 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil Sea salt (for topping) Add cottage cheese, protein powder, and sweetener to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour back into cottage cheese container Stir in crushed cookies and smooth out the top. Add extra crushed cookies on top In a bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave 30 sec, stir, and repeat until smooth. Pour chocolate over top of the cottage cheese mousse and spread evenly. Add sea salt. Freeze until chocolate shell has hardened (10-15 min) Keep stored in the fridge for a pudding consistency or freezer for an ice cream consistency.
