🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
🧂 Rock salt / Sendha namak – to taste (especially for vrat)
💧 Water – as needed for blending
 Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
 Curd (optional) – 1 tbsp (for creamy texture)

Fight cold, cough & infections this monsoon with this powerful Ayurvedic drink! 💪

Ingredients (1–2 servings):
• 1 stick Giloy / 1 tsp powder
• 5–6 tulsi leaves
• 2 Cloves
• 4–5 Black Peppercorns
• 1 small piece Cinnamon
• 1–2 Tej Patta
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
• Small piece Jaggery
• 2 cups Water

🫖How to Make:
Boil all ingredients for 10–12 mins. Strain & sip warm. 🍵

neer, and colourful veggies – so easy and tasty!

🧺🥟 Ingredients-
* 1 tsp oil
* 1 chopped onion
* 1 grated carrot
* 1 tsp chopped ginger and garlic
* 1 cup paneer (crumbled or finely chopped)
* 1 tsp light soy sauce
* Salt to taste
* ½ tsp black pepper powder
* Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
* Rice paper sheets

1. Prepare the Filling:

 * Heat oil in a pan.
 * Add chopped onion, sauté for a minute.
 * Add ginger and garlic; cook until fragrant.
 * Add grated carrot and cook for 2-3 minutes.
 * Add paneer, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
 * Turn off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves. Let the mixture cool.

2. Prepare the Rice Paper:

  Dip one rice paper sheet in warm water for a few seconds until soft.
 * Place it on a clean surface or wet cloth.

3. Shape into Square Dumplings:

 *Place 1-2 tbsp of the filling in the centre.
 * Fold from all four sides to make a square packet — like an envelope.
 * Make sure the edges are sealed properly.

4. Cook :
You can either steam, pan-sear, or air-fry the dumplings until slightly crispy or enjoy them .
