Jeannette DePalma’s story is particularly heartfelt for me, as it mirrors my own experiences with abusive situations.

During my investigation I came to learn according to the FBI, 840,000 children go missing each year, over 340,000 cold cases go without answers and 1-6 women are sexually assaulted in their lifetime.

Episode “Jersey Witch Hunt” illuminates 9 years of work by bringing my organization “Justice for Jeannette” together to solve 16 year old Jeannette DePalmas murder . I recently spoke at The International Day of Hope conference at the @unitednations ~
My presentation was to stop violence against women and children. I myself am a survivor of sexual violence. For the last 10 years I have been bringing awareness to the unsolved cold case of 16-year-old Jeannette DePalma, who was murdered in 1972 and her cause of death is still ruled “pending further study”. Unless her death is changed to a homicide, it can never be solved. Her civil right have been violated.
