Some client wins ‼️ 117 lbs lost, 62 lbs lost, 40 lbs lost, 20 lbs of muscle gained, job promotion, pay raise, bought a house, founded a brick and mortar school, spoke to biological father for first time, started an agency, more comfortable with public speaking, learned sales, entered in to a new relationship, found purpose, developed self love, earned confidence, defeated depression. - I do this 😤 I walk it. I talk it. I look it. I mean it. - If you want a slideshow presenter, I’m not your public speaker. If you want a never before seen, BRAND NEW, proprietary method that will revolutionize your power and help you conquer the world…there are plenty of snake oil salesmen in the coaching space that will promise you this and more! But I don’t believe that is what you deep down are looking for, it might just be what you’re distracted by. - Ultimately humans are humans. And our needs are basic. When it comes to someone helping, leading, or even collaborating with us, we need someone who we respect and trust. Who isn’t just telling us how to work, but showing us. Living and abiding by the promises they promote and the lessons they share. - I am in the arena with my clients. We are learning and growing together. To me, this is real leadership. This is King Leonidas, Gladiator type leadership. When you work with me, you work with me! Not a team, a program, a course, a class, no, YOU ARE ON A CALL WITH ME. 😤 - Every day that goes by is one you could have taken action and actually done something with your life. I’m officially an American soldier! A little blood, a lotta sweat, and a few tears went in to this but it’s by far my proudest achievement. It’s an honor I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. On to infantry school I go. Clear eyes. Full heart. God bless America. 🇺🇸

A team is forever stronger than an individual. I love training alongside others who are selfless and enjoy the process of getting better. Learning together. Working together. Sacrificing together. It forms a bond of respect. An individual can be tough, but a team can be unbeatable.

Your comfort zone is killing you. It yields no growth. No stories. No pride. No ability to help others. No excitement. No value. I would rather fail daring greatly than succeed at mediocrity. Be. Great. Be. Great. Be. Great. 🇺🇸

Blood, sweat, and tears come with this. I can’t encourage you enough to do hard things. Scary things. Big things. Things you have no business doing. Things no one else understands. Things people tell you not to do. The stories, memories, scars, and glory come from trading peace for pain. I do not believe our purpose, the reason we were blessed with bodies and minds, was to be real comfortable and just get by. Existing. I believe we are called to dare and dare greatly. Beyond was is even conceivable. If it makes sense it’s too small. Live. Before it’s too late. The tales you will recall during the backend of your life will either be of no excitement or filled with heroism. I choose the latter.

Army Rangers are some of the most elite combat trained “problem solvers” in the world. A Ranger accepts the fact that his country expects him to move further, faster, and fight harder than any other soldier. - I had two driving thoughts during this 7 mile ruck with 75 pounds on my back. 1. They are after you. Or you are after them. Either way. Your life is dependent on this. 2. One of my brothers is wounded. And I have to get him out. - I acknowledge these as the stakes because they very well might be soon. And I cannot allow my lack of training to be the reason I or a comrade does not make it home. I am honored to serve you and this country and for the opportunity to become an Army Ranger. It is not something I am taking lightly. 🙏🏼🇺🇸
