Some paths don’t come with a map. 🗺️ The life of an actress is a constant exercise in faith. It’s pouring your soul into auditions, learning to be patient when you want to be moving, and dealing with the quiet struggle that no one sees. It can be draining to walk a path when you have no idea where it will lead. But I’m learning that those moments of doubt and all those years of waiting weren’t wasted time. They were stepping stones. They were teaching me, shaping me, and curating the vision for what I’m building now. This climb is tough, but looking back at how far I’ve come and seeing the path unfold ahead of me makes life so incredibly exciting. Every big dream requires a sacrifice. For me, that meant leaving my home in Brazil, my family, my culture, everything I knew for the chance to pursue a passion I’ve held since I was a little girl: to become an actress. Pursuing an acting career in a new country is a path filled with uncertainty. In the face of that, I’ve learned the only things I can truly control are my mindset and my work ethic. I try to lead with a grateful heart, work as hard as I can, and persist in the dream, because that is the only way through. That path has led me to opportunities I never could have imagined, from working on the acclaimed series “Queen of the South” to acting alongside legends like Chevy Chase and Richard Dreyfuss in the Netflix film “The Last Laugh.” This journey inspired me to expand my role in the storytelling process. I’m now also a producer and partner at my own production company developing projects and learning the business from the ground up all while continuing to pursue my primary passion for acting. For anyone out there chasing a passion that feels distant, especially when you’re far from your support system, please know that your hard work and a grateful heart can make all the difference.
