I spent a week in isolation with 23 beautiful souls and learnt so much a few weeks ago. I cried, laughed, danced, sung, contemplated, regretted, appreciated, forgave and loved. I’ll never forget those wonderful moments I shared with those people.

It’s almost been five years since the last Vamps album, Cherry Blossom. It felt about time to jump on a plane and start writing again! I have been looking forward to this moment for years. Being with the boys feels like home. I’ve had the craziest week of my life disconnecting and reconnecting with myself, destroying negative patterns and letting light in. Bring on the next album. @jamesmcvey took Laena out to explore a beautiful park, meet lots of new people, dogs and ducks and have her very first picnic and she had an absolute blast. Laena was rescued from a U.K. pound when she ran out of time and was going to be put to sleep due to lack of space. She’s now been with us at Fetcher Dog since September with very little adoption interest so we thought she deserved a fun day out.

A BIG thank you to James for spoiling Laena, giving her lots of love and making her day out a very special one!
